If you are an overthinker, scalping is not for you because you need to take a decision fast and you need to take full responsibility for the decision that you are taking. I have one friend of mine, I tried to teach him for free, spend one week with me. He is a person that thinks over and over and over again. In the moment that he was thinking about executing a trade, the trade was already take profit. Like scalping, it's not for everyone. I want always to be clear on this. It requires certain traits of behavior of the person that you cannot learn. Maybe you are an amazing swing trader, either if you have an overthinker. You can of course work, but why working to fill in a model that is running against you, you know?
