Orderflow Live - March 10th

Andrea Cimi analyzes ES futures order flow as market-maker liquidity thins and traditional breakout setups fail. He shows how traders need to adapt position sizing and risk management, and demonstrates DeepCharts tools while walking through macro drivers like Trump statements and oil spikes.

We should be live. Give a double check in the chat if we can— if you guys can hear me properly and everything so we can get started. And welcome back to the channel, everyone. My name is Andrea Cimi, yours truly, back from, uh, the city of Dubai. And there's a lot of things we're going to cover today. There's a lot of things going on in the world right now. And the first thing I want to kick off with is that order flow has changed. It hasn't changed in the way it exists. It hasn't changed in the basic mechanics that move the market with every single order being matched with another one. But it has changed in the way it flows into the market. New patterns are arising. New patterns are unfolding. New traders are trading differently. News are being released at every single moment of every single day. There's a level of predictability that is new and a level of predictability that is lost. We cannot predict what Trump will say in the next tweet. We cannot predict what Iran will say in the next declaration. We cannot predict where the next drone will be sent over to, but what we can adapt is our risk management. What we can adapt is our mindset. Sizing down in a situation of high volatility is not something that just retail traders should do. It's a thing that also market makers are clearly doing every single day in the books. And as we're going to see today, and I hope we're going to see some cool example of this, market makers in all markets, as of today, are less willing to provide inventory, to provide liquidity, because of the incredible amount of toxic order flow that is coming in the marketplace, that is flooding the market as we speak. So it's going to be a very interesting session today because we're not going to approach it just with the basic framework we've learned in the last few videos inside of the channel with the PBD models and the opening range breakout and all of that good stuff. That thing now needs a somewhat different approach. And I've been trading in the Chart Fanatics channel on Friday. I think it was last Friday. Yeah, it was last Friday, I guess. And it was an amazing session because I was able to adapt to these new market conditions after having some sessions that were really, really hard for me to trade. I had a couple, a couple bad sessions, not nothing huge. One session in particular, I fell victim of, let's say, the new market paradigm, the new volatility, and I looked for trades that I would normally look for that didn't present themselves really. And so instead of sitting back down, I insisted in some trading setups that normally would follow my rules without adapting to what markets were telling me. And, and this is one of— this has been a great lesson, to be honest. This is the first time I'm actively trading ES futures with IVB and PBD models in a period where we have a global conflict going on right now. So it's, it's very educational, and I strongly advise every single one of you to trade with an open mind, to trade with um, the antennas on, if you know what I mean. So let's get all of our beautiful chart over here. We have our 5-minute chart, and we're gonna have our 1-minute chart. And in the last few sessions, I've been mostly mostly looking for fading patterns, not for directional sessions. Okay. Um, yesterday, for example, it was another losing session for me. I probably lost 1% of the account, not much. I decided to quit pretty early on the session. I did some profit, gave it back to the market, then took a loss and decided to call it, call it a day. I probably tried some shorts from here, some longs from here that got stopped out initially and then got to profit and then stopped out here.. And then this thing happened where, you know, Trump released, you know, some new ideas about the war. Markets got really aggressive all of a sudden. And at the same time that all of this is happening, we have NFPs that came out really negative for the American economy. So not only due to oil prices rising, we are for sure going to see and expect in some form or measure an increase in the inflation rate. Because as you guys know, this is the chart of US oil over the last few weeks, and I had a call that I needed to buy that I didn't buy right before everything happened. And I'm, I'm regretting not having bought that. But you know, we cannot trade with ifs, ands, or buts. And this is going to cause a new wave of inflation, which is going to be a real problem for the Federal Reserve. Okay, uh, with the last few declarations from Trump, we've basically crashed up to 20 to 30% of the price of oil futures, which is absolutely crazy after one of the biggest run-ups we've seen over the last years, right? So this is going to bring some new problems. It comes with a whole new set of problems, not necessarily for the conflict but for the American economy and especially the European economy, which, you know, they're going to probably be the, the ones who will suffer the most from the economic consequences of these, of this type of conflict. So what's the plan for today? Well, sit, relax, and wait for a proper setup to form out, managing risk in a very conservative way, sizing down a little bit, not just trusting any single opening range breakout that happens in the marketplace, because IVB has been suffering lately if you haven't adapted. And if you just take the first breakout, you've been stopped out dramatically over the last few sessions. Uh, the IVB model has been working really well on the reversal setups ideas, on the double breakout setups, but the PBD is what has personally worked the best. This is the session where I've mostly traded, um, reversal setups. I've traded reversal setup on this session as well, was not as profitable. So we're gonna see what happens today. But my overall outlook, uh, regardless of the short-term ideas, my overall long-term outlook on the stock market is pretty bearish, to say the least. Okay, that's my bias, but I don't want to trade with a bias. Look at what's happening also right now as we speak. We've had some really interesting patterns here. Absorbed buyers on the bottom— on the top of the wick for today, and we have now aggressive sellers taking control of the auction with big trades in the bodies of candles, and the IVB is now shaping out So I would like to walk through with you guys, get into the price settings and maybe load the last 180 days. And as always, in the meantime, we're going to still use the footprint chart to look for how volume and participation changes throughout the next few candles, the following 3 candles. And a lot of patterns in the footprint I would normally use to enter a trade, for example, the momentum ignition setup or order flow trigger, haven't been working really. Like, I had to readapt and reassess the strategy. So it was, it was a very educational moment for me, and I hope it was for you as well, and that you didn't burn your accounts out of greed and fear, as unfortunately most people do. But the area that we're approaching now is the decisional area for everything that regards volume profile. Let's add the composite volume profile. And as you can see, if we consider the entirety of the previous distribution, this is where we decide, in my opinion, whether we're going to go short, which is my initial bias. But if my bias is wrong and I'm ready to be proven wrong and adapt in real time, If this happens and we, let's say, break back inside, I'm ready to change my bias. Yesterday's session has closed here, and we had 3 areas of fair value from yesterday, the last one being this one, which is hard to consider fair value, to be honest, but that's where we're opening right now. So there was nothing happening throughout the London and Asian session during the night, um, for the American people that caused, uh, new price discovery. But the last session was very bullish. The last session ended up being very bullish. Fair value on the bearish side moved up and moved up again, and that's where we're accepting as of now. And we're reopening today's session right there. So it still somewhat resembles a, a, a, what we typically look for in a balanced session, right? Where you really don't have a lot going on in the first few hours of the session. And maybe, you know, we'll see some movement whenever some news come out. I feel like also the markets themselves are now kind of in a let's wait and see type of thing. But as you've probably noticed, the reason why some patterns aren't working anymore, the reason why some new patterns are arising, the reason why momentum ignitions are so frequent even though they're not necessarily momentum ignitions, is because there's a very strong— how can I say— a very strong adversity from the side of market makers to provide liquidity in the books. You see, books are way thinner than usual, way thinner than usual, because there's a lot of toxic order flow. And in this type of situation is exactly where I need the most deep DOM, because it can show me how this is happening and where liquidity actually sits. And the areas of deep DOM, especially in this type of environment, I have noticed are working much better, much, much, much better. And I'm gonna load up the new model. Load. Okay, that's much better. There we go. This is still a beta, but we're going to release it very soon, as you guys know. And we're going to keep it here and monitor it for targets, monitor it for overall liquidity regime, and we'll see how that goes. I'm going to also have on the side the news feed because because having a news feed is always important in these type of situation. Because another thing that I'm constantly doing right now is whenever I see a big move, I look if there's a lot of volume coming in. I always look, is there a news coming out? Because if there's no news coming out, then it means it's just a a bunch of aggressive orders hitting the bid or the ask, probably part of bigger meta orders. But if there's news, you know, I'm not going to fade it. It's not an anomaly. So whenever I see big moves in the market without news, I typically fade them. And if there's a, let's say, a movement that happens with the news, I don't engage. That's, that, that's been my approach over the last few weeks. We're now absorbing sellers. This is very interesting. We got absorbed sellers and absorbed buyers. That's a pretty balanced auction for now. Some people said to sell here. I am not of that opinion for now. I'm gonna wait. I'm being much more patient with my trades. I'm being way more sitting back and waiting because doing otherwise have been not profitable for me lately. And I'm also going to log into my brokerage account and show you a little bit around because as you guys know, I'm— I want to be— I aim to be— I strive to be an advocate, an advocate for transparency. And we're logging in right now. And this has been the last few weeks. As you can see from the starting of the war in early March, I started this account at $227, went up for a couple of sessions, really great session, $240, then had some really bad session, ate back all the profit, and now slowly building it back up. We're at $2,030 $31,000 more or less. We'll see how today's session goes as well. But yeah, this is the Charles Schwab account, fully transparently. Uh, that's the current situation as we speak. How often do you trade live on YouTube? Uh, I don't trade live on YouTube. I do not open trades. We're mostly commenting how the order flow is going. We're mostly evaluating very basic setups for you guys to start practicing with order flow. Typically the IVB model, which is the opening range breakout with a volume or order flow twist. But this is not financial advice where you're not supposed to open the trades that we're seeing here. Trading is extremely risky and you can lose all of your money, as most financially illiterate fucks typically do on a weekly basis. So don't open the trades we're seeing here. Develop your edge, develop your strategy, study order flow, and come here to learn how to read order flow, not to copy trades. If you're here to copy trades, as I see a lot of people, uh, some, some guy at some point says, come on, trade, start trading, bro. Uh, that's not what we're doing here, okay? If you're looking for, uh, live trades or, you know, uh something to copy signals from, this is not the place you're going to find it. Okay. But of course, I might open some of the setups that we see here. It's just, you know, I want to— I'm going to show— I'm going to keep, you know, in for the pursuit of transparency, I'm still going to, you know, share what my account is sitting at, how the last few weeks have been, stuff like that. So let's see how these sellers are going to be approached. As of now, the volume is already going lower. This is, this is crazy stuff. The volume is actually most of the time not that big as I would expect. A lot of the time you see volume and participation being really, really low. And that's not a good sign for me because I typically follow participation, and the only times I see participation in the last few weeks, it's been faded. It's not continuing except when there's news. So really important for now to keep a news feed open at all times. As of now, we don't have a clear directionality, and I expect if there's no news, this movement to fade already. And as you're gonna see very often today, whenever you see very fast moves, they get reabsorbed pretty quickly. You see, we already reabsorbed the candle, as I said, exactly as I said. Now we're pushing back down. It's, it's a very consolidative environment. But 2,300 contracts is not what I expect from the opening auction. I expect more participation in the opening auction, but, but, but, you know, 15,000 contracts, like, this is all average. It's nothing, nothing big, nothing volatile. You see, they've come down again, reabsorbed it already. Oh, why doesn't PBD, especially in the technical derivation, have alpha decay? It can be programmed. I'm not of the opinion that it can be programmed, uh, very easily. See, also here, another very fast move, toxic order flow, very low downticks. It's going to get reabsorbed again. See, it's already reabsorbed. You're going to see a lot of these things. You're going to see a lot. Today is mostly going to be— I would say 80% of the stuff you're going to see is here. Uh, regarding the automatization, or let's say the programmatic implementation of trading systems based on the PBD methodology, could be done I personally have never embarked on that endeavor because I know how hard it is and it's not as easy as the technical derivation. You know, technical derivation is a beginner model that is helpful for simplifying, but it's, it's, it requires some level of discretion, in my opinion, to give it the right context to execute on. Because the thing with discretionary trading and algorithmic trading is that, for example, as of now, a lot of algorithmic traders I know are struggling, to say the least. Struggling, to say the least, because the market regime has changed, the liquidity regime has changed, the global macroeconomic landscape has changed, the global geopolitical dynamics are changing in real time as we speak every single day. And that's not alpha decay. That's not necessary. Doesn't necessarily mean your strategy is not going to work ever again. It means that this is probably going to be a phase of drawdown because markets are changing, the movements are changing. You need to adapt in real time. And it's much faster to do as a, as a discretionary trader to adapt into a new market regime to lower the size, to lower the risk, to adapt to new market conditions and find new setups, find new patterns that will work temporarily. Well, this process of adaptation, it's much easier as a discretionary trader, much easier and much, I would say, faster. And for those who ask in the chat, will the order flow— I'm going to put myself bigger because nothing really is happening right now. I'm going to go back to the chart as soon as we have something more interesting to talk about. But to answer the question, will order flow decay as an edge? And that's a very funny question. I've also been misunderstood, to say the least, online by some other trading influencers that think that what I say is order flow is a strategy and an edge in and of itself. And by edge, of course, I mean a strategy with, with, you know, its own set of rules. Well, that's not what order flow is. Order flow is data. Order flow is simply higher, deeper level of quality of data, higher level of quality of data. That's all order flow is. Order flow in and of itself doesn't have an edge. It's the nature of the markets. It's what moves the market. What we do at DeepCharts is not selling you a strategy or an edge in the sense of a programmatic strategy, or let's say a series of entry and exit rules. What we're doing at DeepCharts is providing you with the best tool possible. We are not giving you the strategy to go to war. We're giving you the weapons. You need to be the one who uses them. It's like, it's like you're a samurai and we are the swordsmith. Our only job at DeepCharts is to provide you the best weapon. Order flow is an information. Our platform interprets this information. We are currently reversing from the IVB, by the way, but you get the point. Okay, you get the point. We had a small breakout as we spoke. Not much happened. We're likely going to reverse this and move higher because there's not a lot of participation. If there's participation on the downside, we may, we may, we may go lower, but for now there's no indication that that's going to happen anytime soon. 3,600 contracts on the exit. It's, it's not much. It's not nothing impressive. Delta is zero on this candle. Do you realize that? You get some, some market orders being triggered on the bottom. Yeah, nothing yet. So how I like to approach reversal trades is I want to see, for example, sellers exhausting or getting absorbed like with bubbles and buyers clearly taking control. As of now, not— none of this has happened. You have some buyers trying to auction higher. For now, they're being absorbed. Let's see how the liquidity is behaving. Yeah, look at this, bro. It's like, what the hell is this? What the hell is this? There's so low liquidity. Like, the heated up areas are like 30 contracts. Like, what the hell is that? Like, there's such a thin book lately. It's just unbelievable. I've never seen such a thin book. Okay, now it seems like this candle has been way more— way higher in participation. So this could be the IVB model official breakout, but we'd like to see some more of these guys coming in. And possibly have, you know, with— I'm not going to open it, by the way, today. I'm not going to open the— this breakout. I'm not going to— I'm not going to engage yet because I expect reversals to be happening today. Yeah, strong lows. Now this move was very fast. If this area gets reabsorbed and buyers are not able to keep up, we're probably going to break even lower. But what I expect from here is possibly a reversal. But I want this to hold. I don't want this to be dealt with. Yeah, exactly. But you see how fast they get reabsorbed? Like super fast move up and then again rejection. You got some liquidity over here. Yeah, but nothing, nothing huge for now. Nothing clear, no clear indication from the liquidity heat map. And if there's going to be a reversal from here, it's going to be very slow. It's really hard to engage in these markets. It's not easy at all. We have some news coming out also, by the way. That's, that's probably the reason of this news. Yeah, we have house sales, existing home sales, 4.9 million. That's actually more bullish than the prediction, but still we're having a bearish, a bearish reaction. That's very interesting. See, we're dealing with this now. We're probably gonna— we've reabsorbed this imbalance. If this candle is able to close below, or it's probably not gonna— like, and the reversal is probably not gonna happen. And as you could see, there was an attempt from buyer here that got absorbed. So still, still nothing. And but still, I, I wouldn't engage either on the breakout. Like, okay, seems like for now they're rejecting. Let's see, this is our imbalance cluster. This is the last chance to buy or to present themself. Yep, look at the precision of these areas, guys. It's crazy. Now you're going to see volume starting to dry up and more balanced auction forming, likely. Trade the IVB. Well, there's no breakout yet. New York big trades popping everywhere. I wish there's no big trades. See, this is, this is what exactly what I meant. This is exactly what I meant. Strong low reversal, imbalance not being disrespected, and bullishness coming in with low volume, 2,500 contracts. Let's see if they're gonna reabsorb it. But the fact that this is hold, it's good. It's a great bullish signal. And we're also on the lower side of yesterday's— let's say today's value, actually. Okay, now we got big traders being poured into the market on the buy side, but they're now being absorbed. I'd like this candle to close above the big trade on the 5-minute and not rejecting all of a sudden. And it could still be a bullish session. Like, even though my bias is slightly bearish in general for the American economy and for the American political stability and everything that relates to this, you know, markets can be irrational way longer than you can stay solvent. See what happened again? Rejection. So every fast move up is typically reabsorbed. This is something you can test yourself in the next few days. But something that encourages me is that I see 5,800 contracts on the buy side with 8% delta. If this candle holds, we could still see some bullishness up to the other side of the IVB. If this candle gets broken by the next one and this imbalance doesn't get respected on the low volume node, it will happen likely exactly like this one, that we, we reverse it. Because here we have 5.5, 9% imbalance, right? But then immediately reabsorbed. Like, already this one got reabsorbed. And again, sellers taking control. See, it's like so, so balanced. Every move gets reabsorbed so quickly last few days. We got buyers absorbed over here again. In this big bubble. The last chance for buyer to present themselves is here, this last imbalance cluster. If they break, we're probably gonna stay here for a while and not engage. Yeah, very fast move. Let's see if it's gonna— if it's gonna reverse. See, we've rebalanced this, and as soon as that happened, boom, sellers taking control. We have 4,100 contracts on the sell side, 12% Delta. Sellers are getting very aggressive. Let's see if now this is going to be reabsorbed or it's going to hold for the next few candles, because there's some big sellers here engaging now. But see, there's a lot of mixed signals. There's a lot of, a lot of auction that, you know, you have to read very carefully. Also here, big buyers completely absorbed. No real, no nothing. More sellers getting aggressive. They're holding up, so we're probably gonna see some bearishness now and probably see it below these lows as well, because these are the sellers now dominating the short-term auction. Yeah, we're breaking below. Let's see how this is going to behave because I'm not just trusting a breakout anymore. I want to see evidence. I want to see some concrete evidence, and then I might engage for the IVB. Now, if this candle closes like this, this is a valid setup for the IVB model. Yeah, this is a valid setup for the IVB. We're gonna have it together over here and see, and see how it behaves. And typically, this is the trade, this is the position, right? With a stop under or actually above the POC. It's a 15-minute opening range with projection over here and big trades engaging, or in this case, not a lot of big trade necessarily, but increasing volume on the outside, like volume on the way out, even though most of the volume trade in this 5-minute candle was traded here, to be honest. So it's, it's, it's again, very tricky, very tricky. I'm not opening this trade, by the way, do not open this trade, guys. It's just for educational purposes only. And I personally want to see how is it going to behave before engaging. Now we have big buyers on the bottom, as you can see. Okay, we got more buyers, uh, in the top wick. Is there a chance that Fabio will perform live for us? Um, not necessarily. I mean, he's already doing it in the Blood, Sweat, and Scalps, which by the way is going to be probably reopening very soon, and he's actually live trading like Why not entering on POC retest? I'm not sure that's gonna happen. I mean, that's not the strategy. Okay, this has just got filled basically. And we've just bounced off of this. Fabio probably taking trades right now. That guy's a god. Yeah, he's, he's a god. But, you know, also for him, it hasn't been easy sessions. I don't know who's, who's in the blood, sweat, and scalp program, but it's not easy for anyone. Like, he's just like I do, adapting in real time, adapting the, the, the risk, adapting the methodology, and adapt to the new market conditions. He'll tell you as well, by the way. He'll tell you it's not been easy for anyone. Sti livelli sopra sotto su S che seguono il prezzo. Sì, we have Pietro in the chat. Ciao Pietro. Again, book very dirty. We have some more decent liquidity up here and below here. Let's see if we're going to be able to reach out to 67, 62.50. But again, in this, in this type of market environments, most of these trades with the IVB has gone to stop loss. Like the last 5 sessions, they've all gone to stop loss, completely reversed, and then broke on the upside. That's why I'm waiting and not engaging in, in actual trades. But we're just putting it on the chart over here to see how it's going to behave. And keep analyzing this together. Choppy market. Yeah, it's pretty choppy. It's pretty choppy until some news comes out. That's why, that's why breakouts typically fail. This is probably gonna go to stop-loss. I'm telling you guys, we just got the test, but still I see no aggressive— well, some aggressive buying over here, 3,500. Like breakout traders in general did not have a great time. Release Deep DOM. We're working on it. We're working on releasing it soon. It's gonna be out soon, soon enough, guys. See, see how fast the moves are. Strong buying, strong selling, strong buying, strong selling. HFT everywhere. But do you see how the, the response from exactly the level of imbalance has a great precision? Maybe it's not going to fall off for the rest of the day. As I said, I expect some balance today, but look at the precision of these imbalances clusters, because that's where the big trades happen, and that's where I expect sellers to present themselves again. That's kind of the whole point. I hope this is going to be the session where, you know, IVB starts working again, but, you know, we don't have any crystal ball. We just have some data that we can deal with. How do you deal with non-stationary non-stationarity of data and undefined mean and variance. I am way more selective with my trades. Monthly subscriptions— no, it's not available yet, but we're working on that as well. We have other priorities for now, like the DeepDome launch, like the web version launch, and some other launches that we need to get rid of. And once all of our suite is ready to go, We're going to focus on creating the ecosystems for monthly subscriptions, creating the ecosystem for, you know, other offers, other products, bundles. Like, we're working on it. It's going to take some time, so be patient for the 1-month subscription. See, already this has been reabsorbed. 4,000 contracts on the buy side, and they're approaching to break the strong imbalance that has kept price at bay for 2 attempts. Let's see how the 3rd attempt is going to go. For now, we got absorbed buyers on the top. Let's see if sellers get aggressive. Does your strategy have some edge compared to HFT? What do you realize? The question you're making— this is not an HFT. This is not a short, super short-term strategy. Like, HFT has a completely different edge. This is— this is— you cannot compare. It's like— it's like, you know, trying to compare pizza with Nutella. Like, it's just— it's just two different things. Like, again, more rejection from the same area. This as being the ceiling for price for 1 attempt, 2 attempts, 3 attempts. If this gets broken, we— this setup would probably be a stop loss, and my thesis would be proven right once more. We have big buyers on the bottom this time with a candle that closes above the big trades. So this is, this is also an interesting data point that we had 5 minutes ago. I didn't even check it. One last attempt from buyers. Doesn't need to be the last, by the way. It could be another, just another one. Do you use gamma? Yes. Yeah, this is also very interesting. Let me double-check the gamma for today. What's, what's the big juicy market makers are thinking? Yeah, buyers taking control. 3,700 contracts. Buyers again on the top of the wick. Let's see if they're gonna have a follow-through. They're gonna get absorbed again because this is exactly the place where they got absorbed before. It's exactly those 410 contracts that we've seen here, the big bubble. Let's see how they're— if they're gonna keep engaging higher, we might reach the stop loss. 4.8, 16% delta. That's a strong auction right there, as we've seen it here, as we've seen it here, as we've seen it here. There's strong shock. This is— this has been the behavior of the last weeks. Strong auctions everywhere, and ultimately not amounting up to much up until the lat— the latter part of the session. We got more aggressive buyers now joining on the bottom of the wick, on the bottom of this candle. Let's see if they're going to have a follow-through. Yes, they're having a follow-through, and we're temporarily bullish again. You understand why I'm, I'm not currently engaging in IVB? Because you get the, you get the evidence, you get the volume out, but they could even the, the, they could still go down like for the entire session. Even if they did go out for the entire session it still has a lot of adverse excursion. So you still have a lot of drawdowns and the volatility can spike you out at any moment. The point of control can be spiked out. So it's like, it's not, it's not worth engaging, guys. Proves the point perfectly, proves the point. This is typical balanced behavior. Like, the only thing that has worked for me in the last few weeks has been reversing, reversing, reversing, reversing. And doing that is also very risky because they often get those levels dirty. It's really— it's not an easy environment. See, they've just hit the point of control. Today's point of control is on hold. That's the reason it's going up. What do you mean? What do you mean it's on hold? Could your strategy be executed on a machine? It would be really hard. Also, I don't have one strategy. I have multiple. Some of them could be automatizable. For example, the IVB can totally be automatized. So this was— if the stop loss was on the point of control, this was a stop out already. Reversal ideas today are still winning for now, but it's— everything remains to be seen. So in this few candles, we had a great deal of aggressive buying and big traders engaging. So I'm, you know, I'm positive we could see 6905s. But it's still very balanced behavior, still very balanced behavior, still fading. For now, it's, it's probably one of the best options yet. Let's see if this big um, buy move is going to be reversed again because we had some strong auction, but it could reverse at any moment. There you go. You already have a huge wick on the 5-minute. Like, it's, it's, it's like price only takes direction if there is relevant news on the conflict. It's the, it's the only thing I've been seeing. If there's no news around the, around the conflict, no real move happens. So just entering a trade and open and hoping that some news will come out in your favor, it's not a good strategy because it could be against you, you know. Okay, buyers are still in control. DeepCharts able to watch CFD gold charts? Not CFDs yet, mostly mostly futures. See, this is, this is a movement that normally I would be very hopeful for, that I would like to engage typically, because we get buyers on the bottom, buyers here, buyers here, big buyers, big buyers throughout the entire, throughout the entire move up. So that would normally lead me to be sort of bullish for the day. And aiming for at least taking out the London highs and aim at some form of retracement to see if markets are bullish and joining the party on the bullish side of the auction, especially if there's a breakout above the IVB. This is what I would normally look like, but I'm also open to see a spike above the IVB and big trade reversal. I'm completely open to that. I'm not sticking with one view because that's just the most stupid thing you can do in this type of market environment. It's literally the most stupid thing you can do. What is the minimum quantity to appear on the big trades when the volume— what is the value of the big trades? I personally use 150. Got some sellers trying to auction lower here. They got temporarily absorbed. Now they seem to be taking control. 4,000 contracts on this upward candle at the same place where buyers get absorbed before. So that's where I would expect some form of reaction, as we're having it now, but possibly bigger than this Can you teach— what do you teach on Chart Academy? Order flow. Do you trade crypto? Not on DeepCharts yet. We do some investments in crypto though, more than trade. We kind of dollar-cost average on Bitcoin, for example. It's gonna be a very boring session today as well, guys. Last few sessions have been just boring. Nothing of relevance happens until Trump talks. Like, look at all— also, let's look at yesterday, right? Yesterday we had the opening range breakout. I personally engaged in this breakout over here and I had some bearishness, you know, bias, some bearish bias that got proved wrong. Then I joined the way up and look at this, bro. Like every candle had absorbed buyers on top. But still kept going higher and higher. It's like, it's like such a completely different behavior. Then spiked up, huge volume, absorption, reversal of the entire thing. Some, again, big buyers, big sellers. And then Trump talks, kablow. Like, it's, it's, it's, it's not you, it's not usual behavior. See, again, a huge buyer exactly there. Exactly where I would expect it. So these are the setups I have typically faded over the last few days. I would wait for this to happen and then fade the trade. So I would— in the last few days I've been short in this type of environment, but today, today might be different, guys. So I'm, I'm okay to sit and wait. I don't need to force trades. Why not trade the range? Yes, exactly. That's what I've been doing mostly, mostly in this type of environment. What I would do is engage here have a more generous stop loss than usual and aim for the lows. But today, again, I'm waiting. You see, like, regimes are changing. This could be a completely bullish day for me. 5.2 thousand contracts worth of buying volume. A lot of buying pressure. So yeah, we're, we're, we're really bullish. We're really, really bullish. Short-term order flow is bullish. One more big trade right there. Let's see if this candle is going to pierce through. So if they're, if they're going to pierce through, like if I had to look for a reversal trade, for example, in this type of environment, I would prefer to have it above here instead, above the IVB high, for example. That would have been a smarter placement. But let's see. Do you think gold more volume than what you're trading right now? Could be, could be. Also, I think crude oil, for example, has way more volume than the ES right now. See, this one got Uh, we got still more big buyers on the body, so we're still bullish. There's no, no signs of bearishness yet. And what, what I would engage is if up above this IVB we get some clear sign of absorption and sellers taking control, that's a setup. If they break above with bullishness and strength, that's probably another breakout on the upside. And again, I would look for these highs, as I said. We got some big seller engaging. They're being absorbed as we speak. Let's see some questions. Uh, the IVB high and low should be from 9:30 on. Yeah, they are, they are 9:30. When will the order flow version of DeepTrust be available? We're working on it. Are DXFeed Level 2 data included in DeepCharts? Uh, no, they're not included in this, in the DeepCharts subscription full. Uh, you have to purchase, you know, with like, like with any other platform, you need to purchase it as a standalone subscription. Let's see if this breakout is going to hold. So in this type of IVB model, you would get stopped out here and then engage again if this candle closes with a big trade, uh, without a big wick. And place yourself below here. And this is the last, uh, trade you would tend to look for in this type of strategy, considering that the protection level is at least a 1:3 risk-to-reward ratio, which is all right. But what will typically— I think what I— what's been my experience over the last few days, it's what's happened, is This is probably going to be a stop as well, but we're seeing it. We're here for the science, right? We're here for the science. We're here to observe the markets and see what happens and observe the regime change of the market. On your opinion, how can one fix his mentality in trading? Well, there's a lot of mentalities that are wrong in trading. It depends on what the current mentality is. Are you in Dubai right now? No, I'm currently in Turkey. Do I need to purchase a CME data feed after buying DeepCharts? Yes. If you want real-time data, yes. If you want to backtest, for example, you want to try the platform out for a couple months before moving on to the real-time data feed, we have here a 15-minute delayed data feed that's included. It's for free. But it has a delay of 15 minutes, right? But this is included. This is for free. Oh, we got some interesting buyers over here. This is the classic— this is a classic absorption I've seen in the last few days. Whenever you see a cluster of bubbles last few days, it's always reversed. Let's see, let's see what's going to happen today because I don't expect rules to be abided to. You got more big sellers engaging as well, because, you know, this type of environment was also there yesterday. Like, all of this would have been bearish signals after bearish signals. Completely ran through. But, you know, if, if sellers kind of take control, I could potentially evaluate the setup because we're up above this high, we're approaching yesterday's highs as well. So this could be a good area actually. For, for short-term scalps, for the sheer amount of absorption there is right now. The only sellers that have tried to engage have been absorbed, so we still have no evidence that sellers might starting to be in control. We just have some passive sellers being really active in the books, that's all. And some big buyers as well. So it's, it's still a balanced auction. If buyers are able to take control above here, this is not a setup, and the IVB could still be moving up. I would like to keep commenting this on my Telegram channel, guys, but unfortunately they banned me for some reason. I have no idea why. I have genuinely no idea why. Yeah, we're probably gonna keep moving higher without any retracement. Very interesting, very interesting. For now, IVB longs are in profit, and the final target for this idea would be the protection level on the top. I would be somewhat surprised if we reach it. It would be the first directional session after a while. What's the board called in DeepCharts? What do you mean, the board? Why don't you use GEX as a hint for overall market direction for the day? What makes you think I don't use it? Okay guys, I think that's it for today. We're gonna comment this probably on Instagram, uh, as you know my Telegram is currently not active, so we're gonna keep commenting what happened today on my Instagram, so follow me there if you haven't followed me yet. And we'll keep monitoring how this, how this day will unfold auction-wise. And hope you enjoyed the live session. Hope you enjoyed the tips. Um, leave a like right now. Yes, right now. Go. Yes, thanks. I'll see you
