And I'll tell you guys right now, I have a lot of trades on a week to week basis that I've missed. I know people see the end number, oh, I made X amount or I made this much. There's days like I've legitimately mentally tortured myself and we're humans and it happens where I missed great shorting opportunities. I missed great long, long opportunities. I know recently if you guys have been watching MSTR MicroStrategy, I went short on a day when that stock just rallied and I lost like 40 grand just off stupidity on my end. Right? I've had days where I wanted to go long and get involved and it rallied and I missed it. I' where I try to get involved on the short side and I couldn't get involved. So I have days where I missed good opportunities. And the idea for me is when I'm reviewing my days and weeks is to identify those missed opportunities and to also identify a mental framework where I'm like, how do I make sure I can extract value from this and let go of the idea that I missed these trades?
