A short YouTube conversation (uploaded by Kardec Trader) in which two speakers discuss handling criticism—especially from people who are not successful themselves—and emphasize staying "laser focused" on personal goals rather than looking back at detractors.
As I got older, I realized someone that's actually doing well, listen to that.
Is not going to stop and throw rocks at you.
They're going to throw rocks at you over and over and over again. When these people throw rocks at you, what you got to do is you just got to be laser focused on what you want.
If it's like someone that has nothing going on for themselves on Instagram or whatever, and they're commenting about something about me, it's more about them than it is about me.
Because every time you try to progress and people pull you back, which is going to happen, you can't keep constantly looking back and giving them attention, because that's going to make it harder and it's going to take longer for you to get you a boat.
