A short trading lesson by Kardec Trader (YouTube, May 21, 2025) advising traders not to 'wait for the perfect price' and to prefer being in a trade when anticipating directional moves. The speaker explains entering into anticipated weekly/day moves during off-peak sessions (notably the Asian session), accepting temporary drawdown if overnight/Asian ranges are taken, and using session structure (daily opens, kill zones, previous highs) to time entries.

When you're looking at a daily candle, it's always like a 6pm or 5pm open. Even if you're going to anticipate that next daily open, it doesn't really matter so much. And like when it comes to kill zones, if you're anticipating a large move on the week and let's say during this time window we take out previous session highs and then it rolls over and I'm expecting the next day to continue lower. I'll just enter during Asia. So let's just say that this is Wednesday and then we're going into Thursday. I'm not expecting any of these intraday highs on Wednesday to be taken. I'll go short here on my stop, a little bit higher here and then just anticipate that I'm going to have to sit through a bit of drawdown if it takes out the Asian range high and then close lower on the because sometimes the market will make that run during Asian session during the overnight. Yeah. And I'd rather be in the trade than waiting for the perfect price.
