Don't wait for a price to hit an exact level. When a strong candle approaches a key level but misses it, the market has already shown its reaction. Recognize the missed entry, cancel stale orders, and wait for the next valid setup instead.
as a trader, this is where you have your mental edge to play because the market isn't waiting for a specific level to react off of. You know, if there's sellers piling into it before it actually goes, you're not going to wait for it to hit 20 after it does 18 and does a 100-point move down. You know what I mean? Here's a good example. Let's say you have a market that is going up and you have a strong candle right into 20, but it doesn't quite get there. It stops at like 1975 and you miss your entry short. You're not going to keep this limit order here waiting for it to go back to 20 because you already got that reaction off of basically 20. When it misses, what do you do? You just wait for the next entry. Understood.
