The #1 Trading Setup for 2026 (Trading World Champion reveals)

A trading world champion breaks down a supply-and-demand methodology using market profile, volume analysis, and order-book dynamics to find entries. He identifies balance zones on weekly charts, transfers them to 5-minute timeframes, and uses 1:7 risk-reward ratios to stay profitable even with low hit rates.

2026 will be the best year in trading ever. Why? Because I see a lot of structures are not working. Now. Forget all this candlestick stuff. Forget all the easy technical derivations. You have to use supply and demand, very easy. This is the best way to understand the markets. Very deep. And in this video I explain you all this stuff. Very, very deep. Alright dear ones, before we get started, I want to tell you something. This is, this is my matrix, my perspective on the markets to give myself an overview. And I want to tell you what I do and in what order. The first thing I generally do is I give myself what I always call a quick watch of the current price trend. And for that even a line chart would be enough. Because what kind of information does it give me? It tells me immediately are we currently more in balance or are we more in a trend Right now you can pinpoint that by counting closing prices or by all sorts of other means. But I think anyone with even a little bit of experience can immediately see here, that was a range, we broke out of it, then went back in. So and now we're far below any kind of fair prices. And once I have this information and am in the here and now, I need the next piece of information. And the next information for us at tradestotraders is provided by the weekly market profile or why Market profile. Why Market profiling? The combination of market profile and volume profile. We do this to determine what the current balance or imbalance looks like in the current price discovery. For example, what I can immediately see here is this profile. It had a so called single print here. And single prints always occur when markets have traded rapidly in one direction. What I also immediately notice here is the equilibrium for this week. That's there, that's the so called vpoc, the volume weighted point of control. So now I have two pieces of information and I immediately know that as long as we stay above this, above this aggressive buying and this closing price, the probability is high that the big money will move upward. If we move back in here, I immediately know that the probability is now again high that the game of supply and demand will continue. So I need to determine where are we located and if I recognize where we are, I can deduce from that whether the big money which needs time to invest, is currently moving sideways or if the trend is accelerating because single prints have caused aggressive moves that push the market in one direction or the other. That means here I have information, number one, we are below the balance. Here I have information number two, oh, but we're Back inside the range. I now combine these two pieces of information and immediately have the result. There's now a high probability that we could move down from here. Why? Because the market has acceptance again. Now I need to fine tune the whole thing. And to fine tune everything, I look at the daily profiles. And the daily profiles give me information about where strong hands have been active in shorter time periods like here. And where will these strong hands give up their positions? Quite simply, just below here and the short players just above here. This means that this information definitely helps me to time much better where I want to enter the market and where it's better not to. And what kind of movement do I expect there? We'll get to the movement in just a moment. But first, with this I create a wonderful concept for myself where I can locate resistance and support. And then I transfer these price areas over to my small simple chart. In this case a five minute chart. That also depends on what you like, what you prefer, longer trades or shorter trades? Because that's another common mistake people make. They just say I always blindly go in and want to do this or that. I want to trade everything. I would also recommend that you stop doing that. See what works well for you. For example, use potential analyses and see which trader avatar is actually effective for you. Are you more of a counter trader? Are you more of a trend following trader? Do you want to go for quick sudden moves with breakouts? Then you need to identify which price ranges belong to your strategy and you transfer those here. And now comes the last part and this is exciting. And in the end you really don't need to do anything more in depth than that. You need to be able to assess, for example, if the market drops below here to this point, is it conducting its business fairly or is it conducting its business unfairly? That means is there acceptance through real trading volume or does the market lack liquidity down here? These two distinctions are extremely, extremely important in order to be able to decide based on supply and demand demand logic, whether the trend continuation will now occur because it is supported by liquidity, is backed by the acceptance of big money, or whether this break from this price area Here, for example, let's assume this price area is being traded with a lack of liquidity. Then I know the probability is high that the market will not show me exactly that. So I move to a higher time frame and look at this price area, what is actually happening here on a smaller scale. And now I switch to a smaller footprint chart. And now I start to look for my entry point, really Meticulously in order to achieve very large risk reward ratios. Because in the end, that's the math that will determine success or failure. Many people think that huge hit rates are what you need. No, you need big profit runs and you need small risks. This is for example, where your stop loss belongs. And then you can already see, okay, my stop loss in this case, let's say is 10 ticks. And my profit run in this case, let's say is 70 ticks. That makes a risk reward ratio of 7. That's obviously huge. But what you need to know when you identify and plan such trades for yourself. And here, let me jump back. At the last step you check, is there actually enough liquidity here to push the market back up? Then I immediately know, all right, my stop loss belongs below the last liquidity. My take profit goes to the predefined price area from this intelligent support resistance element that I analyzed and I just let it run. And with a risk reward ratio of one to seven, you can have a hit rate of less than 20% and still make money. Of course, you just have to be able to handle that. And no, I don't think that's great either. But if you put all these fragments together here in the right order, you'll realize that you don't just have a 20% hit rate, but many times more than that. You just need the patience to wait. In conclusion, I'd like to bring it all together once more. Point one, I look at where the market is currently technically active, so I can immediately see what's going on. Point two, I look at where the global money with the longer positions is in balance or imbalance. From this I can deduce with a probability of X, where is the journey likely to go. Point three, I make myself aware of over intelligent structures. Where do the markets move into imbalance and where are they in balance? Where do they break out and where will they act in a trend following manner? And then I look at point 4. Is the whole thing backed by real liquidity? I simply transfer these price areas into my chart to get a signal that I need to take a look here. And when I look in there, then I immediately know, okay, there is liquidity. And now I move on to timing and say, yep, the setup is cool for me. I have quite deliberately skipped point six because those are our order books. And with the order books, for example, you can go ahead and use market speeds during a pullback with so called absorption and learn to read them. This way you achieve an even higher hit rate because you can look very precisely into the market and combine all of this. But then, for example, you can trade in a fragmented way here, trade partial sequences for yourself. This means as long as liquidity is being traded quickly and aggressively in your direction and you see the surplus is there, you stay in. Now all of a sudden you see in the book that nothing is happening anymore. Suddenly the seller starts pushing into the market. Then you know, okay, I'll stay out until suddenly again, when there is a lack of liquidity and the market speed picks up for you again, then you know the probability is quite high that we'll eventually reach the top. And this way you can sequence things through point six in combination with point five wonderfully, step by step. You can handle the paths you've planned here absolutely brilliantly as a day trader. And that's the essence that you recognize for yourself. Which of these paths is your path? Let me quickly tell you what I recommend. First, take a moment to determine whether you are more of a relaxed and patient swing trader or a fast paced and highly active day trader. Second, carefully evaluate which of these specific structures you personally prefer. Are you someone who prefers to buy at the bottom, meaning you do counter trading, or are you someone who trades following the trend? Because you can predefine all of this? Where does the market give you opportunities? Which opportunities does the market offer? And now comes point three, and this is by far the most important one. Does the math work? So is your risk management for the corresponding strategies really set up in such a way that it leads to consistent wins? And last but not least, is your head in the right place? Do you feel good? Do you feel comfortable? Are you cool with yourself? Then you will definitely be able to make great money in the capital markets with a method like this. I hope you enjoyed the video. Send me a like if you think this was cool. If it was informative for you, maybe start your trading journey by engaging with the real dynamic processes with the capital flows of the global players. And then you go into the smaller time frames and see if you can get exactly this information there as well. And then you have an edge, a real strategy with a knowledge advantage for yourself. I'm glad to be able to explain this to you. I really enjoy doing this and I hope it will simply help you on your journey in 2026. I'll give you plenty more input along the way. Quick and dirty, short and sweet, everything summarized that you really need.
