Imagine you pay attention to the market for a whole year and you're watching the moves, you're paying attention to the moves, you're journaling those moves and you're getting a good insight of what is happening. You start building a muscle memory on moves, start building a muscle memory on your plays. Your execution becomes second nature to you because you've seen this happen a million times. Imagine you see a certain action happen in the market once a month. You have all the criteria to give you the confirmation for entry. Would you go in with more size or less size? More size, right. You're going to put on more risk because you've seen it happen. But you need to be able to do that for months, months and months and months and build a repeatable process around it and a repeatable system that says these are the things that need to happen for the market to go higher or lower. On this particular day and on this particular day, this is how the session needs to show me an entry or exit. And if that happens, and when that happens, you're able to execute at a flawless level.
