How do I become profitable? How do I make my first million? I've seen from our desk some of the fastest developing traders look forward to those moments of friction because that's where they're gonna identify the next mistake they make. And they're just really focused on eliminating mistakes over time. If you actually wanna be great, you're just gonna be building your skills the entire time. And so you're open to that friction, you're welcoming that friction. It's sort of that mindset of, if I wanna be good at this, yeah, it's gonna be hard sometimes, but I can keep working this process. I can keep getting better. When I experience friction, that's just information back at me saying I have an opportunity to grow from here. And if you look back through daily report cards year over year, the number of small wins generated over the course of the year will dictate the success that you have as a trader.
