YouTube video lecture (Kardec Trader) explaining a missing element in trading strategies: using divergence and multi-timeframe confirmation. The speaker walks through a concrete intraday example across H4, daily, hourly, 15-minute, 5-minute and 3-minute charts, discussing PO3 levels, trade entries (sell stops), bias management, stop loss handling, and how risk-to-reward changes after being stopped out.

A lot of people could just take this inversion right here. 50 that breakdown. What we're really missing is the key piece sometimes is that divergence, right? So if we break this down, H4 trade above the high. This is the H4PO3, the daily PO3 looks like this with trading above that daily high, that four hour resting high. And if we go to that hourly, it happened at 9:30, we manipulated higher and then traded lower based on this, this five minute, I'm waiting for that SMT to form. And as soon as we close back below, all I'm looking for is the first low inside of that discount. With the second trade I sell stop this because my bias doesn't change. The only way that this changes is if we continue higher this trade. At this point, because of my risk to reward and I got stopped, I would aim for a larger target, but more or less because it's on the three minute. As soon as we take out the 15 minute low, if I now get stopped, break even on the day, my risk to reward is nothing.
