A short spoken reflection by Kardec Trader about motivation and personal growth. The speaker describes how their main source of motivation shifted over time—from making money in their early 20s (around ages 22–23) to a desire to help provide opportunities for others by age 25—arguing that what drives success must evolve to reach the next level.

When I feel unmotivated or I feel lazy, and, you know, as humans, we always all do. I always think about, like, how there's kids that don't have an opportunity and I'm here being lazy or I'm here not working as hard as I possibly can to, you know, essentially give them the opportunity that I maybe have. So that also drives me. So from a selfish point of view, it. It mentally benefits me a lot. So would you say that's your number one source of motivation at this stage? Yes. Right. At this stage, yeah. Because until 22, 23, my biggest source of motivation was to make money. Right. And I'm a strong believer in whatever got you here won't get you to the next level. So if something gets you to a million a year and then you get to 10 million, and then you want to go to 100 million, the source of motivation, the source of building businesses, the processes are all different. Yeah. It all changes. So my motivation until 22 to 23 changed until 25, and now it's completely different. And like, well, I want to help these people.
