And if you go through that list of trades and you start looking one by one, you'll realize that those trades have cost you so much money from a financial point of view. And then also from a mental point of view, you lost so much mental capital just by, you know, throwing away stupid trading days and losing money and storing your confidence over and over again. And these small things, guys, they compound. They compound over and over again.
