I really want to know the sides of entrepreneurship that people don't get to see. Sure. The sides of Uma Ashraf that people don't ever see.
It's working long hours, dealing with a lot of problems, a lot of stressful situations. And there's also when things break and mess up, it's always your responsibility, no matter what. Right. You are the person that essentially has to solve the things and you have to take the heat. When I was younger, I always used to see people and I'm like, I want to talk to this guy to understand what the process is. There's no process like people that are building companies all scrappy. Same thing of us working on a new feature. We make so many mistakes. Mistakes that people don't see in the back end. But on a day to day, there's mistakes being done on the dev team, on this team, on that team. What hat do I wear today to come in and solve the problem? What do I have to do here? Oh, we have this issue. What do we do here? Oh, we have a sales tax issue. What do we do here? So it's so many moving pieces and then mentally sometimes it's very exhausting.
