There's a few truths I think traders must understand. For the first thing is understanding trading is not easy. Knowing right here that this thing that I'm about to do is very hard and accepting what you're walking into kind of makes it easy because as you go through this journey and it gets harder and harder and harder, you start knowing, well, I know what I signed up for. Number 2, our goal is not making money. We do not want to track our progress here off the dollar sign. We chase the process. As we get better and better at the process and we get better at trading, this part comes on its own. The third thing is we are only going to control the things we can control. We cannot control what is going to happen to the market. But what can we control? We can control how much you put into a trade. What trades you take is something you can control. One of the last things in trading, there is no aha moment. Just because I made money last month does not equate to me automatically making money the next month. So trading is a game. You have to show up every single day. You have to have a good process. You have to be able to adjust to market conditions. And if you're able to do that, you will have the best chance of making money consistently.
