Where do you think price is gonna go next? Up or down? I'll give you 3 seconds. 1, 2, 3. Well, there's 50% chance of going up and down just by looking at a chart. So if you said up, in this case you were wrong. Now this is the same chart but with a liquidity heatmap on top. And right above here where we had no clue where we were going, up here we saw a huge seller started placing big orders at the top with this very hot area, and price just melted. And when price dropped, more sellers started putting orders here with this heatmap, and price dropped again until a big buyer stepped in and placed a huge order in the book. And that drove price all the way to the next big seller level, which is exactly where price then reversed up to the next buying level, where buyers took control again up until the next sell level. But with this chart, you can see things that you cannot simply see with price action alone. So comment "liquidity" to get a free guide on how this works.
