Everyone would like to trade the high and the low of the candle. If you could do that you would be a trillionaire the reality is you can't do that and you may catch it once in a blue moon or once a month or twice a week I don't know or not twice a week twice a month you know twice a week you're probably still a billionaire you may be able to do that but over time if you consistently look for that you'll take a lot of losers so it's better to have a set of rules that say this is where I want to see price trade to and if price is really you know moving or hey the volume is insane here hey trail your stop loss move your TP target to the extreme and aggressively trail that stop loss and who knows you might get 20, 30% more profit but don't be upset that it didn't hit the extreme because it's still past your POI that you should be out at.
