We won 5 World Trading Cups with ONLY 2 tools

Kardec Trader won five World Trading Cups using only PBD logic to identify balance and trend zones, plus weekly profiles and value-area shifts to find directional bias. The system includes a Trader DNA profile that matches your temperament to execution style: limit or market orders, counter-trend or trend-following.

With only these two tools, we dominate the World cup championships of trading for over 5 years on 12 times the forex competition. If you would like to know what is the real way to become a prophet like this, like Patrick Neal have done in the last five years, you have to listen today because I will give you the whole way. Recreate and retrade in system by system, stage by stage that you can use for yourself in the future if you combinate all these logics behind. I translated this video with AI because I'm not the perfect native English speaker, but I think you will love it.
Listen please. So how is it possible for us now for many years with the very same underlying mechanics and the same approach to trade? The World cup championships of trading, what tools do we use for this? What are the approaches and what sequences are necessary for this? What kind of awareness do you need to have in order to even know what you are trading? And today I want to give you a somewhat more detailed insight into the order, for example, in which Patrick Nell trades in the World cup championships of trading and what prerequisites he brought with him and also what he has to demonstrate on a daily basis in order to successfully accomplish trades in a sustainable way. And that's not so easy. But once you figure out in which order to handle these things, it becomes an absolutely duplicable system. And this systematic approach is what I want to explain to you today. The first thing we basically do is use our matrix to get an overview. What does that mean? Up here you can see a wonderful chart where basically all we do is look at how we should currently assess the structure of the market. And there is the so called PBD logic. And this PBD logic essentially does the following. It shows us from a technical perspective where markets are in balance and where markets can currently be divided into trending sections. You can imagine it like this. The trend sections are the rapid movements among the Ps and Bs. These are the areas that we see in market profiling, for example, when we have so called single print areas or also when we have areas where the markets have simply made a quick open drive, like here or whatever else it may be. So it's about identifying when a market is out of balance. And this imbalance always occurs when there are abrupt movements which in most cases result from some fundamental events taking place. The second, and this is what happens much more often, are the so called Ds and what are Ds and what are the formations of the Bs these are the price areas where the markets are in balance, where the markets are playing value? You can really check this out for yourself if you think a bit deeper about what actually is supply and demand. I'd like to briefly explain it to you. You always have to consider supply and demand at the exchanges in the following way. There are the fast price areas where markets are out of balance, and there are the fair price areas where the markets are in balance. In the end, it's the same with value areas and the corresponding fast unfair price zones. Now, of course, we have to consider what good it does us to know this in the first place. Low volume price areas, which often also have such low volume nodes. So really low price zones are the areas we initially reject where the big money feels uncomfortable. Why is that? Because market participants need fair prices in order to establish their large positions in the market to be able to place them. They like it when markets simply move back and forth and they do everything they can so that when markets form in such patterns, they keep pushing the market back into those areas. That's the first thing we look at. When we see that a market is currently out of balance, like here, or for example, like here in such a trending phase or like here, then we use different approaches and methods to trade there. That means, first of all to localize where is the market, so is it ranging or is it trending? Second, we localize whether the market is currently moving in a healthy balance or not. So the next thing we do is we first look at the weekly profiles. We take a look at what it currently looks like. Is the liquidity currently more at the top or at the bottom? You can see very clearly here, for example, that the markets had the VPOX at the top the whole time. And if they were up there the whole time, then it was simply fair value up there. That means there were fair price areas where large players felt comfortable. And as I already said days ago, the probability now exists that the whole thing will shift downward. Why? Because the value area has shifted. You can see that here in the two weeks it simply moved lower and this week traded within the previous week. And now this week, you can clearly see that the market has shifted from its fair price area completely into a negative zone. Furthermore, it was clearly observable that the significant downward movements transpired with a notably dynamic and energetic characteristic, indicating a rapid and forceful progression. Previously we had balance. What does that mean? That means in these price areas here, the big market participants simply sold, because otherwise the market most likely wouldn't have gone down. This means that everything that was bought here has now been rejected by major players and it was sold. So what do we do? For us, it's clear we're initially looking for short trades. Then in the next step we look at where we have, for example, interesting levels for today. Let's take value areas as an example or the market open as an example. And then we can derive from that how much balance we actually have at the market open today. And now it gets easy. And that's the exciting part. Now we use these price zones that we have predefined where we can easily select whether the market is in balance or out of balance. And then we wait to see when the market moves up here. What kind of signal does it give me? Because as I said, I'm initially looking for short trades. I see it's short. So this is the observation of the major capital flows in the market and the proof that at the moment liquidity is also moving more to the downside. So I'm looking for trend following trades on the short side. And now I just need a smart signal here. And this smart signal should ideally be a counter trading signal that occurs here for me. But now it might be that I'm someone who isn't very patient, or maybe I'm someone who is very patient. These are very different approaches. The patient ones can already take their positions here in counter trading. Why the patient ones? Because when a market moves from the bottom to the top, it always takes a bit of time before it starts moving back in the direction of the trend. That means during this phase. This phase takes time. As I just showed the dynamic, people might wait until the market has made a pullback and then trade back down accordingly. And then you can trade these great B setups. It's all a matter of personal preference. But how is it possible to figure out your personal preference in advance? And for that we use what's called the trader DNA. And that's an option we can define for ourselves through the eight awareness analyses. That means with such an analysis we can see how someone ticks. For example, here is someone innovative who is very profit oriented and also structured. That's the perfect counter trader. And then you can see here, on the unconscious level, he has a very strong aversion to acting quickly. And when I have such a profile, I know, aha. This is a person who definitely loves to trade against the trend because they are innovative and progressive. They are very disciplined and structured. They have the patience to wait and can also let the trades run. I know this is A quick run through. But this is what we get from this analysis. And then I look at what this person has a strong aversion to. Yes, to acting quickly, to dynamic execution, as you can also see here in the orange area, against people who dictate things to them and insist that they must follow them. Exactly. So I keep that in mind. That's my personal analysis of how I should operate and how can I adapt this for myself. If I project it onto this, it's quite simple. In this environment, I am someone who likes counter trades and I plan these counter trades in advance for myself. But then I'm also someone who isn't quick. So I wait to see if this scenario gives me the opportunity to enter with the limit order on a pullback to generate a trend. And now in this very next and absolutely final crucial step, I am patiently and calmly waiting until the market reaches the specific area down there where, according to my matrix, I have clearly and precisely predefined my exact target zones. So I always diligently build a scenario for myself that perfectly fits the current market conditions and my overall strategy. It matches my structure and my personal strategy. Then I don't feel any stress. And this is the approach that is used again and again in the World cup championships of trading. And it is a very consistent system. These setups here are of course always exciting. How can you gauge them? Is there still liquidity up there or is it already gone? And if it's no longer there, then I know there's rejection and then that's exactly what happens. And I know, for example, if I had a P here as a setup and the market moved toward this P and spent its time here and gives me the low and then goes back below it, then I know, aha. Now it's really going lower here and lower than where the impulse started. And that's really keep it simple. And that's the way we apply it in easygoing at the World cup championships of trading. So we very cleverly identify where support and resistance are, where volume drops. Off we go and take a look. How is global money currently flowing? How are the big market participants positioning themselves? Right now we've understood that a lot was sold up here and we also have the proof. So for us this approach is currently the most effective. And then on top of that comes logical mathematics and everything is cool. I hope you enjoyed this, that it helps you a bit to understand the simplicity behind it. And I'll see you again soon. It was a pleasure for me to be able to share this with you today. Thank you.
