The best traders don't copy strategies wholesale. They take existing systems, modify them to fit their personality, and master one at a time. The key is getting feedback to make sure others see the strategy the same way you do.
You never really need to reinvent the entire wheel in trading. You usually are making modifications based on your personality to what other people have done. And so you can take really any model from anybody, and if it makes sense to you, don't just copy what they've done, make it your own first and start there. Experienced traders have 18, 20, 25, something like that. For the most part, as a developing trader, you wanna get one right and you wanna do the best job you can with that one. And then you wanna get feedback on that one and you wanna make sure that other people see it in the way that you do.
