Okay, I have a date idea. Blood work and coffee. Hear me out. My husband and I do our Rhythm blood test on the same morning at the kitchen counter. It takes about 2 minutes. This measures 25 biomarkers every single month— heart, metabolic, inflammatory, hormones— just to make sure we're in tip-top shape. Neither of us can walk away, so that's when we sort out the week— kids' school appointments, baseball, who's driving. FedEx will normally pick these up from the house, but today we're getting coffee and going for a beach drive, so we'll drop them off ourselves. Coffee first, then cruise. It's got to be one of my favorite ways to start the day. Then I drop it at FedEx and we're done for the whole month, and the results are sent straight to your phone in less than 72 hours. I'll put the link below for next day date.
