This video, I'm going to be teaching you a simple money mindset exercise that will open you up to more money making opportunities that you're just not seeing right now. Now, this exercise is something that I do anytime I'm feeling stuck in my finances, feel like I'm running out of money, or I feel like I just have tapped every single source of potential clients in my world and I just don't know what to do next. So here's how it goes. You're gonna sit down for about five or 10 minutes and you're gonna make a list of every single time that you can remember where money came to unexpected or an unconventional way. As you're making this list, I want you to remember back to that moment before you got the money. And I want you to tune into what were the feelings you were having. Were you stressed out? Were you scared? Were you angry? Were you just feeling lost? Just make a little note of that. And then I want you to make note of what it felt like when that money came to you. What did it make possible for you? Your business, what problems did it solve for you in that moment? And once you've made this list, I want you to go through and I want you to write just a little thank you note to the universe for sending money to you at that time in your life. Because here's the thing. I know a lot of people are stressing out about money right now, and there are a lot of gratitude practices out there that promise to make your life more abundant. But here's how this is different. You know how when you're thinking about buying a new car, say you've decided on a yellow Jeep and you haven't bought it yet, and you haven't even gone to the dealership to inquire about how much it's to going to cost. But all of a sudden, you're looking around town every time you're out and about and you just see all these yellow jeeps everywhere. And it's not that there are more yellow jeeps than there were before, it's just that your brain is tuned in to noticing them because you decided that you wanted one and you also believe that it's possible for you to have one. Oftentimes when we're doing gratitude practice and we're thanking the universe for a bunch of stuff, we don't relate it to the thing that we actually want to happen. And while gratitude is a massive part of the law of Attraction, it doesn't cover the part where if you want the law of attraction and manifestation to actually work for you. The other critical ingredient here is you have to actually believe that it's possible for it to happen for you. So with this exercise, you are blending your gratitude practice, and you're also listing off a whole slew of evidence that it has happened before and so it can happen again. And you're mixing them together. Just like when you decide that you want to buy a yellow Jeep. When you have a list running in your mind of all the times that this has happened for you before, your brain is going to flip that switch, and it's going to be far more observant and open to those opportunities coming your way this time. And oftentimes, when I have clients do this exercise, they come up with some pretty weird scenarios that happened in the past. So if you have any funny or weird stories that you'd like to share with me, please do.
