Brave Biz Labs 2024 11 15

A recorded Brave Biz Labs coaching session led by Katie McManus with participants Monica and Jason. The session includes a grounding exercise (imagining a meaningful object as a sentient observer) that surfaces personal productivity patterns, then moves into practical coaching: Jason receives advice on responding to employer concerns about his side business (scripts to align goals, quota metrics, and referral opportunities); Monica receives guidance on re-entering full-time work while maintaining her business (how to craft LinkedIn/about narratives and keep posting). The video also contains informal culture/anecdotes (the coined phrase "Katie McHotdog") and encouragement around pacing and network leverage.

All right.
Hello.
Is that a sparkly sweatshirt or are those just stars?
No, they're just stars.
Oh, it looks sparkly on zoom. It's pretty. I love it.
Thank you.
I love stars. Really? Yeah.
Stars and moons. I have a whole tattoo that goes like from my foot halfway up my leg of just like stars rolling around my leg.
No way. What about them?
What do I like about them?
Yeah, what's the question?
I don't think that there's any. I've always liked them, like, since I was a kid. I had all of those, like, glow in the dark stars on my ceiling.
Yeah. Yeah. That's so cool. I love that stuff.
Yeah.
Yeah. Happy Friday. What are we celebrating today? Friday?
I am celebrating being super productive this morning and getting through drafts of a chapter of my course.
Awesome.
Yes.
That I. I won't lie, hearing you've been super productive when you're three hours ahead of or behind me when I've gotten shit done. A little triggering, but very proud of you.
I've realized that if I, like, start my day at 6 o' clock in the morning in my office, I'm like, that's the best thing for me for some reason.
Yeah.
So I've been trying that out and it's working very well.
Awesome.
Yeah. And you know, like, it's so good to learn that about yourself as you're starting the business, because I can't tell you how many one on one clients I have who, like, have panic attacks throughout the first six months trying to figure out when they get their work done, you know, just because, like, there's no structure. Yeah, right. Like, they have to create the structure for themselves. And it's like, is this right? You know, so the fact that you're figuring that out is awesome.
Yeah. Thank you.
Yeah. Cool. We. I don't know. Where is everyone today? I was gonna start off with a, like a little exercise to just get grounded and like, recentered. And you feel like this is the week for that.
Yes.
So it's funny, we started off talking about stars and moons. So I want you to go find an object in your house that, like, means something to you, that's significant to you. That, like, when you see it, like, you think of, like, caring and love.
Okay.
And it doesn't necessarily have to be in your office if you need to go on an adventure.
To think about it.
All right.
Let me go on an adventure.
Okay, I'll be here. Hi, Jason. Hey. Welcome. And I know, I see you're in the car. So the exercise. I'm Having Monica do is to go and find an object that signifies some, like, caring and love. Do you have anything in your car that fits that?
I don't know.
Okay, so here's what I want you to do instead. I want you to go through your camera roll.
Yeah.
And find some, like, something that. It doesn't necessarily have to be a person. It doesn't necessarily have to be a thing, but, like, maybe it's a picture of a place or an object or something that, like, is significant to you.
Okay.
Okay.
So take a moment in mind.
Do you have something in mind? Okay, cool. That's good enough. Yeah. What are you celebrating today?
You know, like, I tried some new stuff this week. Right? Like, I. I got out that damn TikTok app and I played with it and I didn't post anything, but I am making progress.
Awesome. Did you see my. My response about how you move the captions?
I did, and I just felt like a giant gorilla monkey. I'm like, this shouldn't be this difficult. Like. Like, I. I was having a very, like, Gen X. Like, oh, my God. Like, this is the worst.
You know, we all have it. Snapchat. I don't understand. I don't understand. How does it work? Why do people. People use it? How? Like. Yeah, yeah. They're like, my best friend's daughter who's 9, puts me to shame.
Yeah.
You know, and it's embarrassing. I grew up being the technologically savvy person in my. In my world because I was always the youngest because I was, like, hung with older friends. I'm not that anymore. And it's shaming, and it's awful, and I feel you. Thank you. And also, like, no one needs to know.
Yeah, yeah. Circle of safety. Yeah.
We won't tell a soul that air. Gorilla monkey.
I heard. I heard that, like, texting is cringy.
Now, and people just send Snapchats back.
And forth in replace of texting. And I'm like, okay, so I'm old for texting now.
That's cool.
Yeah.
You know.
Yeah.
The times where they are leaving us behind a little bit, I think. But it's okay, because, you know what? That. All right, so the activity I want you to do is whatever it is that you have, whatever the object is or the thing that you have in mind. Jason, because, you know, you're obviously. You don't keep keepsakes in your car. I want you to spend a moment focusing your attention on whatever this is, and I want you to imagine this. And, Monica, just so we have A visual. What is the thing that you. That you picked? Oh, so cute. So whatever it is, I want you to imagine this object is a sentient being, and it has been watching you, not in, like, a creepy way, but, like, in a caring, like, I'm here protecting you kind of way. And it's been observing how you've been in your business for the last year, and it has observations about what you're doing really well, and it has observations for where it sees that you're kind of holding yourself back, and it also sees where you could keep yourself more grounded throughout the day. So I want you to just sit down with this object in your mind. And, of course, Jason, you're driving, so, you know, do this safely in your. In your brain hole and just. Just think through. What are the answers? What does this object think you're doing really well? Where does it see you getting in your way? And what are the opportunities it sees for you to stay more grounded as you continue your work?
It.
Okay, let me know when you have something.
I have stuff that I wrote down.
Okay, cool. Do you want to share?
What. What were the questions again? I was kind of just, like, writing stuff.
Yeah.
What. What does.
Does this stuff. You have a name?
I think I named her Spidey, but.
We'Ll just call her Spidey for right now then. Does Spidey think there's stuff that, like, you're doing really well in your business? Yes.
She sees that I've been doing it better at realizing, like, peak hours of productivity and, like, reprioritizing tasks for different, like, parts of the day. So I used to just tackle the to do list, like, okay, I need to, you know, do this and get it done first when. And then get burnt out after lunch and then not have, like, the fuel anymore to get done. Like, another thing on my to do this list that was more important to get done.
Yeah. Awesome. And what does she see as, you know, a way that you get in your own way?
I focus too much when I'm, like, freaking out or stressed, and I'll focus on the stress and kind of go into a spiral. And I've gotten better at, like, kind of talking to myself, like, okay, it's okay. Like, get through it and then just, like, go on a walk and then come back and refocus.
Yeah, great. Great catch. And what did you see as something that you could do that would keep you more grounded as you continue working on your business? Oh, you okay? Audio went away for a second. Came back.
Okay.
I.
That's A good question. I'm not sure.
Okay, well, think about it. Have a little conversation with her while we move to Jason.
Okay.
Jason can talk safely.
Yeah, I'm good.
You're good. If you get pulled over, we'll. We'll. We'll shut up. What if you. If we get. If you get pulled over, I'll just kick you out of the zoom.
Okay.
I picked my dog Harley. I pictured him as a sentient being. And I think Harley would think that I put myself out there and tried a bunch of things over the last six months and made some, like, scary decisions for me, and I think he would be happy that I tried those things. Yeah.
Yeah. And what is. And I'm sorry, I didn't catch your dog's name.
Harley.
Harley. I love that. What does Harley. Seeing is a way that you get in your own way.
I think he would tell me that I am prone to overthinking things and sometimes chasing shiny objects.
Yeah. And in what way does Harley think that you could stay more grounded?
I think the concept of this is a marathon, not a sprint, would be the big thing. Like. And actually, like, my perspective on this has changed because, like, if I'm real honest, like, one of the things that threw me in this program was this idea that, like, it was Lauren's story of how she went from 0 to 100k in 5 months. And I thought, okay, I'm gonna show up, and I'm gonna come to every call, and I'll do the things, and that'll be me. But I'm not Lauren. Right. Like, our circumstances are different, and I don't know what. What got her from zero to 185 months, but that hasn't been my story. But that doesn't.
Right. I. I will just for integrity sake, I will actually say I think her. So she got to 100k in a year of going full time, so. But she quit her job in five months. She made enough money each month to be able to quit her job. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Just. I don't want you thinking I'm not like, oh, you're here. But, yeah, I mean, there are. There are different factors. Her ideal client, you know, is a little different than yours. Yeah, she. You know, she was very clear very early on what niche. And she never actually changed her niche, you know, which is, I will say, is rare. Most people change their niche a couple times. Right.
And she may just be better. Better right now at marketing and doing business, and that's okay, too. Like, I'm. I'm okay to acknowledge the fact that she just might be better than me at this thing right now.
Right, Right.
And, like, I think it's okay for me to just acknowledge I am where I am.
Right.
Over time, if I keep looking away, I gotta believe that I'm gonna protect it.
Yeah, yeah. No. And everyone's on their own journey. It's the. The racetrack is not the same for everyone.
Right.
You know, like, for some people, it's raining. For some people, it's hilly. You know, for some people, like, it's not well marked. You get lost halfway through. That happened to me in the wilds of West Virginia when I did a Ragnar race, by the way. I did an extra two miles, and then I ran into the track again, and there were people coming with the. The color stripe that I was. I had. They were running at me, and I'm like, that's wrong. I don't want to think about all the things that could have happened to me if I never found the trail again. But, yeah, it's. Yeah, it's a different. It's different for everyone. Yeah. But you know what? Like, it's possible. Is 100% possible. I will also say, like, you're in a sales role, which is very different from being in an HR role. Right. HR doesn't have quotas each month.
Yeah.
You know, they don't have numbers to hit. They don't have to have that, like, you know, the sprint at the end. Closeout.
Yeah. It's just. Yeah.
So. All right. Monica, did you come up with an answer from Spidey? Yeah.
So I think something that can help me keep grounded is by just talking with people. More like friends and family and whatnot. Because I just get inside my own head, and I'll be stuck in my head, and, like, if I just talk to somebody, it's like, no, that's not really happening. So I'm like, oh, okay.
Yeah, you know, it's. It really is a game changer when you have business besties, you know, because, you know when you work in an office and you're like, oh, I'm so over this project, you can go over to someone else's cubicle and you can say, oh, my God, I'm so bored. Like, what are you doing right now? You know, do you want to. Do you want to, like, just go and shoot the. For, like, five minutes? Right. You don't have that when you work from home, you know, when you're all alone. I. I have a tendency, and this terrifies a lot of my Introvert friends and, like, business besties that I'll call them randomly without any warning. Just like. And I don't realize this is weird because it's just how I've always been. It's like, oh, my God, I. Can I tell you something funny? Or I saw a cute dog. Can I tell you about it? Like, you know, like, dumb. It has no relevance. It's not important at all. And it's funny. My obm, Heather, her video person, Jupiter Stone, was in the car with her. And I called and it was like a Sunday. And Jupiter was like, oh, my God, a client's calling you on a Sunday. Like, that's bad. Boundaries. And Heather's like, no, no, no. It's just Katie. It's probably something dumb. And honestly, she's not gonna expect me to call her back. And Jupiter's like, what do you mean? And so they listened to my voicemail, and my voicemail was literally that I had just gone on a date and spilled water on myself twice, and it wasn't important. And that if she wanted to call me back, she could. But also, I just needed to call and tell her the funny thing. And Jupiter's like, what? I didn't realize that that is something that people could do. Just call randomly. And so now apparently, they have labeled it the Katie McHotdog. Like, I'm gonna Katie Mcot dog you later. I'm not going to warn you that I'm calling. We're not going to schedule it. Lauren Howard has now taken it on. She told someone at LinkedIn corporate about it who apparently now uses it. It's a MC Katie Mcot dog. I'm going to Katie McHot dog you. So learn to train your friends that you're going to Katie MC hot dog them. It's an actual thing, apparently, but it really does help you stay grounded if you're. If you need more human contact, which I do throughout the day because I'm an extrovert. It's. It's a must do, you know, and, you know, come up with a list of, like, seven people that you feel fairly confident that you can call, you know, and just chat for three minutes. It doesn't have to be a long.
Thing.
You know, that's one of the reasons I love having so many group calls, is so you guys can meet each other. Yeah, right. Because if you guys can meet each other and connect offline and be that for each other, it just makes it that much easier for you to be in the work. Right. It's also why I Sort for, like, good people. Because I don't want anyone annoying in here. Yeah.
Yeah.
Any other ahas or, or opinions from this, from Spidey or from Harley that you didn't ask?
I got sat down today by my, my boss at work.
And.
He was like, the conversation went something like this. We have to have a conversation about your side business. And it wasn't like, you're fired conversation, but it was more of a, hey, your messaging is starting to get more clear, and we're worried that you're going to get too busy with your business and you're going to start letting your priorities slide. And I, well, I said, well, don't worry, like, that's not happening. I, I, I, I'm not overbooked. But I think, I think that if Harley was in that conversation, he would tell me not to shrink just because somebody else wants to keep me small for their agenda.
Yeah. Huh. Yeah. Well. And also, I mean, to have that reflected back at you that you're, that your marketing is becoming that much more crystallized is that much clearer. That is incredible feedback that it's making them nervous.
Yeah. Yeah. Because it wasn't like, hey, you're writing. It's terrible. And like, no nation of our brand. It was more like, we're worried that one day you're gonna hit the right message and then you're not gonna have time. You're gonna like, that's, that's what he said. And, yeah, I'm just gonna have to take that, you know, with a grain of salt. And, but also, also as, like, okay, like, I can either be afraid and worry what you're gonna think, or I can figure out how to play within some set of boundaries that works for now and keep going.
You know, when, when conversations like this come up, what I find works really, really well to kind of quell their insecurities without shrinking yourself is to go to them later and say, hey, listen, I want to make sure you understand what I'm doing with my business and what my goals are. Right. And so, and, and to incorporate it into the goals you have, you have within their business.
Right.
Especially in a sales role. So, and you, and with sales, like, and business, like, you can make it so much about the numbers that it'll help them feel, like, more grounded that you're there. And we both, like. And I'm saying this knowing that, like, the plan is to leave. Right. But they don't need to know that.
That's right.
Right. So you can go to them and you can say, hey, Listen, like, I, I heard you and I, I really, I realized I haven't done a good job of communicating what my, what my goals are overall.
Right.
And so like, first and foremost, like, I want to talk to you about the goals I have for what I'm doing within the company. You know, here's, here's the percentage of quota that I want my team to hit, you know, every quarter and da, da, da. And here's kind of like the action steps that I have mapped out to help us get there. Right, right now that is, that is what I want to do with the company and that like I'm devoted to being here and making that happen outside of this. Like, let me tell you why I'm building the business. A, I want to make like an extra $50,000 a year. You know, I want to. And you can tie it to paying for kids education, you could tie it to being able to travel with your wife. You could tie it to wanting to buy a pool, whatever the fuck it is you want. Right, right. And, and then you go into, to make an extra $50,000 a year. Here's what I've kind of mapped out that I need to do. I need to have X amount of clients.
Right.
And that really only takes me X amount of hours per week. Yeah, right. And you know, and once I hit that, I'll be pretty happy. You'll see me continuing to continually marketing. But you know, as a business owner, like once you hit your quota with clients, you don't stop marketing.
That's right.
You know, and so like I don't want you seeing my stuff and getting nervous that I'm getting too busy because this is the goal that I have in mind.
Right.
Because it makes them feel like they're collaborator on you reaching your, both your, your work, your job goals and your business goals. And it also makes them feel like you have thought this out about how all the pieces fit together. Right, right. And then it gives you a buffer so that like you can point back to that conversation and say, remember, like I'm, I'm not on my way out the door, even though you are. You know, because I mean the goal here is to keep the 9 to 5 paycheck for as long as possible.
That's right.
Right.
Yeah, yeah. Especially right now. It's needed and, but I mean that's, that's. Yeah, I thought that it was an interesting conversation.
Yeah, yeah. You know, you know, the other side of it is like once you have that conversation about the goals, if they're that Clear about who you're working with. You know, you might actually get some referrals from them.
Sure.
You know.
Yeah. You know, and if they were willing to pay me an extra 50 or 100 grand a year, then it's different conversation. Right. But they're not. So 100%.
Yeah. Yeah. But that's why you also have to say, I want to help people.
That's right.
It's not just about the money. Because, like, if they're like, cool, let's pay you an extra 50 grand and then you quit this.
Right.
That's not the thing. But if they want to pay extra 50, 50 grand a year and. And you can. You. And you still have said, I want to make a difference, I want to help people, then they. Not just about the money.
Yeah.
Right. And of course, like, you know, say this was a different company. Say this is a company that had. Things are going better, a little more positive. Like, who's to say that they wouldn't like a company like that wouldn't say, oh, my God, well, we have a philanthropic arm. What do you want to do with it? If we were to make budget available for you to go and do something like this, what would that look like?
Right.
You know, when we're open about our goal. And this is one of the things that you're going to hear me talking about as we get closer to Thanksgiving. Right. Because we're all going to have. Well, and sorry, not. Not Canadian Thanksgiving. I missed that one. But, you know, when we have family members who are like, how's your little business going? And they're like, being kind of a dick about it, and it makes us feel small and like, we don't want to lie to them because it's like, it's begin beginning stages still. And it's not like overnight success. How do we. How do we answer that question while like. Like protecting our feelings about it because they may have opinions we don't need.
To hear.
And while also, like, making them feel like they have some information that they can go off of. Right. So instead of saying, oh, great, yeah, we just say, you know, actually, it's. I'm really excited for what I'm working on right now. You know, here's the new thing that I'm going after, or here's the new program I'm designing, and here. Here's who it's meant to help. And here is kind of my rollout plan. And actually, here's the one part that I'm still trying to figure out right now. And it could be like, you know, where are these people hanging out? Are there conferences that they're going to? What my pricing should be, you know, like, because oftentimes family members, even if they're. They're kind of assholes, they, they want to have. The reason they ask is because they want to be able to give the report on you. They want to seem like you're in the no. And they want to be able to talk about what's going on in their family. You know, and if you're just like, oh, everything's great, like that doesn't give them enough to actually have a conversation about it. But if we tell them, you know, here's what I'm excited for, here's what I'm working on, and here's my next big goal, you know, you never know. They could turn around and refer business to you. They could say, oh, I know someone who speak. Who organizes this one conference. You know, maybe I could introduce you to them.
Right.
Maybe I could do this, maybe I could do that. It's the same thing within the business, within, within the company, you know, because who knows, maybe they also. Maybe there's someone higher up who also has a passion for helping people who are wanting to stop using substances.
Yeah.
You know, There are several, I'm forgetting their names. Several, like money mindset people who wrote books or have a course and they get, they get paid or sponsored by like credit card companies or banks to come in and do workshops.
Right.
You know, So I mean, there are so many opportunities and it's all in how you start talking about it. Because remember, you're in charge of the conversation around your business.
That's right. Yeah.
Yeah. But way to go. That's great feedback. Did you hear me?
Yeah, sorry, I'm. It's really foggy. No, it's.
Drive safe. Okay. You okay?
Yeah, yeah, sorry, I'm distracted. But thank you.
Yeah, yeah. All right, let's take it to open questions. What questions you have. How can I support.
So this is probably an odd question and kind of like opposite what you were just talking about with Jason's situation in that, like, I am currently trying to try to get a full time job because I need money. And also not just because of the money, but I'm feeling like out of touch with how stuff is working these days. And so I think it would help me in just understanding like, because, because I haven't. Like, I was, I was laid off in 2021 and that was like before the whole like, chat. GPT blew up and all of that. So I haven't had the opportunity to really see how these things are flourishing in a business setting.
Right.
And so I'm like, for that purpose, I'm like, I really want to get out there and see like how auditors are using this technology so that I can share how they can use that technology and whatnot. And so my struggle is with still how what, like to work on my business, but then also try to get the full time job when it's like, but you already have a business. I don't know.
So like I'm, you know, but here's the thing. Like, you get to, you get to create the narrative. Right. And, and for a lot of folks, running a business is very lonely, you know, and you can absolutely go to recruiters and say, you know, I've been running my business for a while. I love it, I love it. I love my clients, I love the work I'm doing, I love teaching all the things. And I'm starting to feel very lonely. Like, I miss working with a team. I miss, I miss having like projects brought to me rather than creating all the projects myself. Yeah. You know, and I really am, I've decided that I really do want to take on a new 9 to 5 role. I'll still maintain some clients in the background, but it, it won't compete with the time that I would devote to my, my 9 to 5 job. Yeah. You know, because I, that's like a reasonable reason to want to reenter a 9 to 5 ecosystem. Yeah, absolutely. You know, it shows drive, it shows passion, it shows like a desire for interesting work, you know, and then of course, like, you know, for the business, you can say, hey, listen, I like, for me to be the best consultant and, and data coach I possibly can be, I need to be in a working ecosystem. I need to see what's happening because it changes so fast. Yeah. You know. Yeah.
I just need to work on building out that narrative. And also like, it depends like the recruiters, talking to the recruiters is one thing, they can understand it. But then when you get in front of say like the hiring manager, then it's like a hit or miss, like how they feel about it personally.
Yeah. But that's out of your control.
True. Yeah, that's true.
And it's always out of your, you know, hit or miss of like if you had just been like unemployed since 2021 and haven't been working on anything. Yeah.
Yeah.
Could be a hit or miss if like you're at a company and like, why are you leaving? You know, like, hiring managers are just weird humans, just like the rest of us, you know? I know, I know you're married, but remember when you were dating and, like, you were out with someone and then you got the ick for, like, no reason? It's like how they chewed, and you're like, oh, like.
Yeah, it's.
We just can't control it. We just can't, you know? So worry about what's in your control. Right. And get clear about the type of role you want. Yes, right. Because the. If you're really applying for the role that you want, something that you're excited for, something that you'd find interesting in a company that you think is going to be a really healthy, beneficial place for you to be, like, you're going to be more believable in the interview. You're like, the best version of you in the interview.
True.
Yeah. And so I know the answer to this, but I'll say it out loud anyway. But so, like, don't stop posting about my business.
No, no, no, no.
Because then I'm like, oh, does that hurt the chances? Like, if they look me up on LinkedIn, they're like, oh, well, she's already busy.
I mean, but you're not going into it, like, saying, I'm gonna do this for a temporary job. You're saying, hey, listen, like, I like this. I like what I do. I like the extra stuff that I do. I like teaching other people in the industry. And that's actually something that I bring to the table, because if we're ever hiring, I'm already in contact with a ton of people. If we have a problem that, like, we don't know how to solve internally, guess what? I'm connected with all these experts that I have a working relationship with. You know, one of the best things I ever did in an interview is I showed up with a folder of. And it was when I was applying for a sales job with Equinox in. In San Francisco. I showed up with a folder of all the businesses from restaurants to social clubs to, like, jewelry shops anywhere. Because, like, I'm social. If I go into a store, I walk away knowing everyone's name. Right? I showed up with a. A folder full of lists of all the different businesses and organizations where I had contacts. And. And I showed it to the hiring manager, and I was just like, cool. Like, here's. Here's the list of. Of as you. I was like, oh, no. I was like, here you go. And she. I was like, do you know what this is. And she was like, I think I do. And I was like, yeah, these are all the organizations and businesses that I have contacts in in like a three block radius of this location. You know, and then here's the next wave. And then the next wave. Right. Like, you get to come up with your own version of that.
Yeah.
You know, you get to come up with like, here are. Here's my network of people that I have that I can turn to for questions about this kind of stuff and this kind of stuff and this kind of stuff. You know, when you hire me, you're not just hiring my brain. You're hiring the resources that I have access to. Yep.
Okay. Yeah.
Yeah. Because I was thinking about, like, when you reviewed my LinkedIn profile the other day and how my about section is still just about me because, you know, I'm trying to do the nine to five. But then I. I don't know. That got me, you know, in my head with like, should I change it to the business side or should I keep it the way it is and should I just stop posting about my business entirely or like, what?
Yeah.
Steps going forward should be appropriate.
Yeah. So, I mean, when. When you're applying for a job, your about section has to be about the job. It has to be, you know, to propose you as the best candidate. Yeah. Okay. You kind of have to put on the back seat people coming to your LinkedIn page and being like, oh, my God, I should buy from her. Right. Because that's not what you're selling at that point. You're selling I'm me as a candidate. Yeah. You know, you hiring me as a coach.
But the posts aren't. I don't know, talk to the recruiters.
And ask them because they're gonna know better. But I mean, your, Your posts highlight your expertise. And it's. And it's. It would be one thing if you're like, starting like a fashion brand and post and then you're trying to then get a job in. In data analytics or an auditing. It's. They. I mean, they're just disparate things. Like, they don't make sense together. Yeah. You're starting a wine label and you're doing this. Like, that wouldn't make sense.
Yeah, that makes.
Yeah, right. Okay. But the fact that everything you post about has to do with data analytics. Like, you know, and you have a podcast on it and you do LinkedIn learning courses, like, for sake. Yeah. The most qualified.
Thank you.
Yeah. Yeah. Right. I mean, Monica, you're literally setting yourself up to be the person who wrote the book on the thing. Right.
What's the thing?
Well, I mean, how. How do you utilize data analytics and, like, you know, no offense, it's not sexy, but it's. It's. It's such a specific thing. You are. You are the expert there.
Yeah.
Right.
Okay. That's helpful. Thank you.
Yeah. Yeah. You know, if it was Monica's doula services about childbirth and dealing with the placenta and things like that, that would.
Be a little weird.
Yeah.
Right.
Yeah.
Does that help?
Yes, it does.
Thank you.
What other questions do we have?
I unfortunately have to go. Thank you, as always. Have a good afternoon.
Have a good weekend. You know where to find me.
Yeah.
Bye, Monica. Any other questions?
I don't think so. I. That was my main one on how.
To kind of balance the two. Okay, cool.
So, yeah, that was helpful.
Yeah. Cool. All right, well, do you want to wrap up then? Is there anything else you want to talk about?
Not that I can think of.
Okay, cool.
All right, well, then we'll wrap up there.
Okay.
All right. What's your main takeaway today?
I really like the Katie McHot dog.
You can thank Jupiter Stone for that.
Yes.
Awesome. Okay, well, you know where to find me if you have any other questions. And we're also doing co working this afternoon, so.
Yes, I will be there.
Okay, cool. Awesome.
See you later.
Bye.
