Brave Biz Labs - 22nd August 2025

Recorded Brave Biz Labs coaching session (host Katie McManus) with participants Lauren, Tia, and Ellie. The group discusses returning to business after busy periods, social media engagement as immediate action, and conducts a 7-minute exercise listing life/business wants over the next 30 years; participants then share concrete goals (financial targets, services to outsource, events/business ideas) and takeaways about action and vision.

Hello.
You're muted.
It still says this meeting is being live streamed. And every other recording or any other zoom I've been on where it's recording, it just says recording in progress.
Is it that I have my fathom in here? Because the only time it does that is when it's my fathom because my zoom's not connected to anything. Yeah, it's not connected to any social media platform.
Weird.
It's not streaming anywhere.
Good.
So.
Can you. You can see me, though, right?
I can see you, yeah.
Because I'm in camera.
I know. I know you are. You are in camouflage. It is. It's hard to see you, Lauren. But I just make you out.
Yeah, yeah. It's. I. I hesitate to wear the camouflage because I don't want to just disappear, you know?
I understand.
Hey, Tia.
Tia.
I haven't seen you in so long. How are you? I know.
Fine now.
You're fine now.
Yeah, no, I was working a conference that happened, like, last week, and so it was just, like, really busy leading up to the conference, and now I can finally attend meetings again.
Amazing. Amazing. Well, happy Friday, everyone. What are you celebrating?
Being here again?
Awesome. And let Ellie in. And what about you, Lauren? What are you celebrating?
I am just celebrating, like, all of the things that have come my way recently. It's been. It's. I'm on a really good trajectory, and I feel really good about it.
Yeah, no, you've.
Yeah. I don't. We don't know each other. I think we've been in the room together once before, but it's been a shit show of a year, so. So the looking up is, like, extra amazing.
Good. Good.
Yeah. Which I think is so important to be, like, honest and open about with each other because, like, it's so easy. I can't tell you how many times I get on the call with one of my clients, and they're like, everyone else on Brave Biz Lab is, like, having such an easy time. This is going perfect for them, and this is going perfect for them. And I'm like, guys, no, like, talk to each other. Share about the, like, the hard parts, too, because, like, it's so easy to assume everyone else is having the easiest time of it. You project that you're the only one who's not getting the results you want. Right. Like, it's. It's so important to see that you're not alone. Right. Because when we feel like we're alone and, like, this one thing is hard for us, not for everyone else, then, you know, we tend to like, carry a lot of shame around it. And when we have shame around it, we don't have access to our creativity or our resources. And like, we just kind of like wallow in it rather than actually do something to change it. So thank you for bringing that to the space, Lauren.
Yeah, also there are contractors. I'm dog and house sitting and there are contractors here. So if a man walks behind me, it's not alarming. As I say, I live in a homeless movie, not a Lifetime movie. So a murder situation coming from behind.
Well, they can't see you anyway because you're wearing camouflage.
Really? Well.
Anyway, Ellie, what are you celebrating today?
I am celebrating that I get to go see one of my favorite comedians.
Amazing.
Who?
Josh Johnson.
I don't think I know.
He's actually one of the correspondents on the Daily show and if you haven't come across him yet, I would invite you to watch some of his stuff on YouTube. Josh Johnson. He is like, he's part of my everyday. Just from a sanity sake and.
Oh, I recognize him.
Yeah, I know him. Yeah, yeah.
Oh, that's great. Thanks for that.
Abrasive.
He's just hilarious, right? Oh my God, Ellie. It's so funny because it shows that you're muted but I can hear you.
There was a delay. You all were talking while she was talking and it was like jumbly.
Oh, really?
And also I realized I was on the wrong WI fi router. I was like, let me switch to the other one. But I'll actually drop this. I was watching this earlier this morning. I shared it with my family and so you all can check this out too.
I remember when, when.
Oh, I think I watched that one before.
Text messages weren't unlimited.
Oh God. So funny.
But yes, that's what I'm celebrating. And I'm actually going to finish crafting my post that is going to find a way to connect insights of like, how he actually structured his breakthrough and in a very competitive space. And lessons that people can learn in B2B Sass from Josh Johnson.
Amazing. I love it. You know, it's funny. Like the things that bring you joy to write about are the things that will attract your ideal clients. Right?
They.
They connect on that level. They love it. So awesome. What questions do you have today? What support can I be?
I don't particularly have questions. My only question is like, how do I get my head back into like working on business stuff? Because I have not.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. So, okay. So I find it's really, really helpful just As a standard operating procedure, have like an a re entry sequence almost of like when you like get busy or go on vacation or you're sick, like that first couple days back, you're gonna be like, I don't. What do I do again? I don't know, like, how do I get into the business? And it's basically like a to do list of like, what's the first thing you have to do? Right. So my, my number one priority for all my clients is it clients' clients is people can't hire them if they don't know that you exist.
Yeah.
Right. So the first thing is go to wherever you are on social media and start posting and engaging. Right. You know, after that, if you have any clients that you have to touch base with, you go to them. Next. If you have anyone who is a yes or a maybe follow up with them and make sure that, that, you know, continues moving. Because we want to make sure that we have money coming in. And then once you hit all those marks, you feel a little bit better because you've done some stuff. And then you start looking at like, what's my next big goal? What's the next thing that I want do? I want to sign five clients. Great. What's that going to take? You know, and then you start reverse engineering from there. And if you need my help with that, that's what I'm here for.
Yep.
Yeah.
But yeah, like, you know, go to the social media platform that you're spending time on, comment on a bunch of people's stuff, post a few times, you know, schedule some stuff for later in the week and then go from there. Yeah. Honestly. And just like, go easy on yourself because every time you go on vacation or get sick or get really busy with specific project and you have to, like, come back and start working in your business again.
This.
This happens. Okay. It happens to me. So it's just the nature of the beast and don't feel like, you know, you've fallen off the wagon and it's irreparable. It's.
It's not.
Okay. Does that help?
Yeah. Cool.
What else we got today? No. Okay. So I wanted to do an exercise and I think because we're light on questions, it's a great day to do it. I'm going to set a timer for about seven minutes. And what I want you to do is I want you to list out as many things that you want in the next 30 years in your life. I want you to just list them out and I want it to be Big things. Like, you might want to get, like, a $3 million villa in Italy that has, like, a winery and olive groves and really handsome Italian men or women living next door. Right. Like, whatever. And also little things like. Like, you want to be able to successfully keep a house plant alive. You want to learn how to roast a chicken.
Why are you just picking on everything I want?
I just know I have. I have houseplants right here. That's what's getting it. Not picking on you. Lauren, don't worry.
Tell them all my secrets.
I taught you how to roast a chicken. I don't know what the.
You're complaining?
You did not teach me how to roast a chicken. And you roasted a chicken, and then you were like, here's the chicken. I put butter under the skin.
And.
Then you pulled it apart for me, which is like, all right.
If you're.
Gonna pretend that I didn't teach you how to roast a chicken, you're fired.
Wow. I'll wait for my refund.
No refunds.
No, I know. It is in your contract.
Any questions?
Besides Lauren, for. For Tia and Ellie, I've been working with Katie for, what, four years, five years now? Yeah. So, you know, when you start working with her for a long time, you get to have her come over to your house and make you chicken, right?
Yeah. Yeah. It's one of the perks.
You also can set a boundary and say, like, do not come to my house and make chicken. Like, that's what choice.
You can also request other things other than chicken, you know? All right, awesome. Okay, so make a list. Seven minutes. Don't worry about it being perfect, okay? I want it, like, your first instinct, this first intuition. Later, as you go through it, you're like, ah, no, I don't want that. You can cross it off your list, right? The goal here is to have at minimum, 100 things. Okay? You're not going to be able to do 100 things in seven minutes. Right. But we want to identify it so we can start kind of building out, like, what is this future that you want to have and what does it look like? Right? And there's going to be a part of your brain that's like, oh, Well, I want $10 million, but that's not realistic next year. And it's like, okay, cool. But, like, what is realist realistic next year? Is it 250,000? You know, like, if you want to, like, write, like, I want to have one year where I make 250,000, I want to do another year where I do 500,000. I want to do another year. I do 750. Say that. Get very specific about it. Okay. All right. Any questions before we go on mute and off camera? No. Okay, awesome. So I will see you in about seven minutes.
Okay.
Come on back. All right. What's on the list?
I can go, please. I got to 19 things, but I'm. I. It is a list of 100 things I want. So I'm going to finish this list today.
Right.
And then if. When I think of more things, it'll be 108 things. I want 130 things.
Honestly, the more things you want, the easier it is to get them. Yeah, right. Because they all pull together. They do, yeah.
And I just. There's a. I think he's a neuroscientist called Dr. Doty. And I just saw a clip of him yesterday that, where he said that like in order to manifest something and, and like retrain your brain from I can't have this to I can. Is that you think of the thing, you write the thing down, you say it out loud and you do it the next day so that you're like touching on different senses.
Yeah.
So here we are. Interestingly, the first thing that came out was to adopt a dog in two years. So which is, you know, I said goodbye to my dog a year ago. I've been dog sitting as like grief management and I. I've kept pushing out, even thinking about it, and my brain was like, you'll be ready in two years.
Okay.
And I like that. $300,000 for this year, 500,000 next year. And then like over the longer term, earning enough money that I always have a liquid 500,000 that I can do whatever. Having HR and operations people contracting under the umbrella of my company so that I can start handing off work at some point and still be earning money for it. I had a lot of services in there, like having a chef meal prep for me a couple times a week. Paying for my friends to come visit and covering like all of their stuff. Paying for trips for my friends. Having a cleaning person who not only like cleans but like straightens up and does my laundry. The whole, the whole gamut. Buying or building a house within two blocks of where I live now. Serving on two to four boards at a time in an impactful way. Serving on the board of, or creating specifically a non profit focused on supporting women to grow women and non binary people to grow into an own executive level positions in corporate settings.
Amazing.
Yeah, yeah.
As, as you shared, Lauren, Ellie and Tia did you think of something like, oh, I want to add that to my list.
Yes. I added wanting to have a gardener.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah.
That's a good one. I'm gonna add that too.
Yeah.
That was like I was passing something to my neighbor across our back fence, the. Our shared fence. And then I was like, why are there so many more things back here that I'm, like, trying to climb over? Because I, you know, I picked some plums, and then I was like, oh, dear. Kids, want some? And I was like, I'll just put it on the fence. And I was like, this is not as easy as last time. And so when you, like, the cleaning people, the laundry, I was like, gardener.
Yeah.
Which are very expensive.
Yeah.
Not when you have, like, a bunch of money, though.
Yeah. When people say money can't buy happiness, I don't know if they're thinking about the same way.
No.
Money. My feeling is money buys you that baseline.
Yeah.
Like, yes. It's not if. If money is the struggle and you don't have, like, the baseline of feeling safety in money, which is in part actually having money and in part money mindset. Because my money mindset is something I've been working on for a bunch of years. Like, if you don't have that, it's kind of like that bottom safety. Right. Psychological safety, love, shelter. Enough money to live. If you don't have that as your launching point, happiness, I think actually where.
It came from is, like, if all you have is money. I know a lot of people with a lot of money that aren't happy.
Yes.
And, like, I think that's probably where it comes from is like, money alone will not give you happiness. But if you. If you have money and you know how to live a life, like, you mentioned, like, taking your friends on trips. I heard puppies. Like, all of those things. Like, if you have the money to fuel all of that, I can't see you not being happy. Like, the people who have a ton of money that just look miserable, I'm like, look, if I had a fraction of you had. I would just be the happiest person on earth.
Yeah. Yeah. I mean, all this is what money bought me. They all bring me joy. It is a hundred percent in how you. How you go about the journey, you know, not so much, like, what you have at your resources or at your. At your beck and call. Like, as you go.
I. There's a tool, if you all haven't heard of it, called, like, I think it's called Wheel of Life. And if you Google it. There's like, a bunch of versions of it, and it sort of categorizes your life into, like, finance, relationships, work, like, family, friends. And I think what I'm going to do after I build my list is categorize it by wheel of life sections so that, like, then when I think of something, I can add it to that part of my life.
I love that. Love that for you. Awesome. Thank you, Lauren. All right, who wants to share next? What's on your list?
I can go next. Yeah, my l. My list was kind of chunky in that there were a few things that were very immediate and, like, scaling the business, like developing and codifying some of my frameworks, building my substack and ecosystem cons, getting some more consistency in my strength training, walking, and wellness, like, habits of longevity. Because I heard that, like, 36 to 46 is, like, apparently very important from a health perspective. And for women especially, like, we're more prone to, like, falling and breaking our hips. And if we do, like, there's a high percentage of us that don't ever make it home. And so I was like, that's dark. And so, like, that's been top of mind. But then also things like being able to live abroad or work abroad and learn a language or being able to find an earpiece that works really quickly and reliably so I don't have to learn a language something thing that ties into that. But it could also be part of the escapism, because I want off of this timeline.
But.
Yeah, so those are the. Those are the themes that were coming up.
Yeah, yeah. You know, anytime you feel inclined to escapism, think about what you want instead. Right. Because, like, this is a process for timeline shifting. Right. Like, understanding, like, what you want your. That next timeline to include, like, that helps you create it. Right. It's really hard for us to stick with something that we don't believe will happen, that we don't have, like, a clear vision of happening. So, like the example of, you know, say I decided I wanted to run a marathon. If I couldn't picture myself crossing the finish line, if I. If I, like, could not believe that I could do it, am I actually going to stick with the training plan? Am I actually going to spend the money on, like, the right shoes, the right equipment? Am I going to, like, do all the research that's necessary to do it? Like, if I'm like, ah, I don't think it's ever really going to happen. Right. Like, but if I can really, like, get myself to the point where I'm picturing myself crossing that finish line. I'm picturing myself in every mile of that race, even the hard parts, Even the parts where I'm like, oh, my God, I don't think I'm going to make it. You know, if I can be so immersed in that and picture it and believe in it, that's when I'm actually going to stick with the training plan. Right. So, like, I love that you called that out, that, oh, this is escapism, because I'm very much not this, you know, but get really sold on what is the thing that you want instead? You know, I mean, if we all wanted to just live in a world where he who shall not be named is absolutely going to jail by the end of the year. And we just operated, every single one of us, as if that is exactly what's going to happen, and we acted accordingly. Guess what would happen at the end.
Of the year.
If enough people believe that and operated under that guise. So, and I'm saying it that way because we just had a brave biz lab call got taken down on YouTube for political speak. An unlisted video that no one sees except for you guys that it gets shared into. I know.
It takes a lot for my jaw to drop. I know.
Yeah. That's horrible. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So anyway, with that. Tia, do you want to share your list?
I don't know. I guess, I guess in general, like, I don't even, like making five year plans or whatever. It was kind of funny to be like, things I want in 30 years. I'm like, I still can't think that far ahead. But over.
Over the next three years, this could also be next year.
No.
Yeah.
Yeah. I did have more immediate things on.
My list.
But one thing was like, get my finances back on track. And then I spent like five minutes paying some bills instead of actually writing the list.
Yeah.
And so, yeah, I don't know. Other things were. I didn't really have a lot of business things. I was just like, oh, what are some other options to, like, make money that are, like, fun and. But otherwise it's like, get more tattoos and get married again. Because I'm like, if I'm a wedding planner, I really should get married again. Several times.
Yes.
What did other people mention? They mentioned, like, traveling more like, I finally have an updated passport in my current name because I've changed so many times. I would like to use it. I think I am generally, like, always happy working multiple jobs or things. So even if I work a part time job, like choosing one that makes me happy because the job that I mentioned that I got like last month, I hate it, so. But I need help pay the bills.
Right, right.
Lauren also mentioned, like joining a board. I think I did mention that one on like a future thing of like, oh, if I have the time and money, then like, that would be a nice thing to do. But even just like more current to be like, to try to have more time organizing locally if I have, if I have the days off to like attend meetings and things.
Right. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
That's some of it.
Yeah. That's awesome. No, you said something in there. What was my, What did you say? And I was like, that I want to, I want to pause on that.
Tattoos, passport. Yeah. Flexible schedule. Yeah, that is important to me. I guess I don't, I don't know if a flexible schedule makes any difference to me, but I guess, like, because I'm a planner, so I'm like, too flexible is too scary.
Yeah.
But having, like, variety in my schedule, that's important. Yes. Right. Organizing part time job. I don't know what else did I say that might have.
It was earlier on in your, in your list.
Oh, get married again. I don't know.
Before that.
Before that. Oh, just. Oh, to just like have other. So one thing that I have on.
Here is like you said, get your finances in order.
Yeah. Finances back on track.
No, I actually wanted to celebrate that. Oh, exactly what Lauren was just saying. Right. That's exactly like when we, when we say we want something and we put it on a list, but then we go and take immediate action on it. Like, that is when, like, if you were like, I want another tattoo. And then you're like, oh, let me call the tattoo parlor. Because I know exactly what I want and who I want to do it when I book in with them. Oh, I want a gardener. Oh, cool. Let me call the guy, like my neighbor down the street who has an excellent gardener and just see what they, what they pay for it, you know? Oh, I want to learn, you know, how to quilt. Let me just look up, like, what quilting classes there are in my area, you know, whatever it is like that immediate action is what shows the whole universe, like, I'm ready for this. This isn't just like a wish list that I'm gonna like write once, put under my pillow and never look at again and just kind of like hope the universe delivers it to me. It's like, no, this is stuff I want so badly. I'M willing to take action right now. Right. I love that you instinctually did that, because that's what this takes. Cool. All right, based on the list, are there any questions you guys have now about your business? Just what and how? What do you mean?
Yeah, I mean, that's the coaching part. What? How?
Okay, on my thing. So, like, hurry up and make more events and make some money and get quick and fun. So, like, I've been going to these, like, like, singles mixers and speed dating events, and they aren't always that good. So, like, I went to one last night and, like, most of us were like, yeah, that was kind of bad. Like, what was this? And so I would want to look into, like. Like, I can do this. Like, I can make these. I like making people feel comfortable and safe and making people connected. So I want to look into, like. Because all the events that I keep going to are at this one local bar. And so I'm like, I should just talk to the bar owner and be like, how can I, like, put on an event? Like, what does it cost to do that? But also, like, how can I, like, make money off that and plan a bunch of things?
Yeah, yeah. I mean, you could have, like, a whole love empire, essentially.
There you go.
From start to finish. You could do from, like, the first, like, speed date you have with this person, first date to your wedding, to their wedding, to their divorce party, even. Yes. You know, you absolutely could, you know, and you just listen off, like, the steps that you need to do to do it. You know, go to the bar owner and maybe suss out some other locations. Yeah, yeah, Right. Do an outline of what would make an event go well versus, like, the events that you've been to that have been kind of shitty. Right? Yeah. I mean, think of that. Think of as you're doing that, you could build, like, a whole network of people who, when they meet their ideal person, like, they need a wedding planned, you know, and you can say, hey, listen, I. I'm doing this as a wedding planner because I know if you meet the love of your life, you're probably gonna end up getting married. And I want to plan your wedding with you. Right. Imagine if, like, Hinge and Bumble and Tinder, like, had that kind of approach to it. People would have so much more faith in those platforms. Right? Like, we're not here because we want, like, your little subscription fee right now. We're here because we're in the wedding industry. We're in the, like, you know, find your soulmate industry. You Know, and we want to make sure that, like, you find your person here because you're far more likely to hire us later. You know, I think those platforms would be a lot more effective, You know, and in the process, like, anyone who's, like, already in a relationship and their friend is going to an event like this and like, oh, my God, it's so interesting because this woman, Tia, who's actually a wedding planner, and she does this so she can, like, you know, be the first person you have contact with when you meet someone. So if it turns into something serious, like she's the person that you go to to plan your wedding, they're like, oh, my God. Well, you know, Jim and I just got engaged. Maybe we should talk to Tia. Right. Yeah, I think, and. And you said it like, you're a wedding planner. You should probably get married. Like, there's a way in which everything you do in your life, in your personal life, in your work is interrelated. Right. And you get to. You get to draw those connections for people so that they can follow along. Right. I 100% think that you should do some, like, dating and like, singles events. I think that would be so cool.
Thanks.
Yeah. Any other questions on that? Okay.
Can I just offer you a compliment to you? You are. I don't know you at all, but you are, like, instantly warm and welcoming and so many dating events and like, friend gathering kind of events feel so, like, cold and creepy. And I. I feel like you would have such a. Such an easy time making people feel comfortable coming into whatever room you're in.
Thanks. Appreciate it.
Yeah, I second all that. And I know you better than Lauren, so. Awesome. What other questions do we have today?
It.
Is there anything on your list that surprises you?
No, nothing that surprises me. I think more of just surprising when hearing other people's lists of like, I want this type of service and that type of service to make my life easier to like. Yeah. Nah, I don't. I don't dream of that.
Ah. Yeah.
It's just interesting. We're just different.
But, you know, it's. It's such an important part of really getting firm on what it is that you want.
Yeah.
Is identifying the things that you just like, you do not want or you. You wouldn't even, like, think of because it doesn't even register for you. Right.
Yeah. I feel like the things that I want that are like, in that sort of service arena are a reaction to having grown up in a, like, a parentified situation where, like, expected to do things that A child shouldn't be able to do or shouldn't be doing. And then being, like, a hyper independent adult, where I was like, I will do everything. Like, I bought a bed, and it was like, at least two people are needed to put this together. And I was like, nope, that is true. I'll use the wall as leverage and let me drag this chair over. Right?
Like, yeah.
And then I had broken both of my shoulders in an accident, and I couldn't do literally anything for myself, including feed myself. And it was, like, such a reversal for me that, like, I had to ask for even a sip of water. And. And I. So, like, that was the, like, horrible version of getting services. Right? And now I'm sort of at this, like, middle point. Like, there are things that I will always want to do by myself and for myself, but once I got willing to accept that, like, people do want to help and there are services that you can pay for that take pressure off of you. Like, now I'm starting to see my own life in a different way. And so, like, we don't have to want the same things. Right? Like, it's sort of the avocado toast theory. Like, there are people who will pay for avocado toast, and there are people who are like, I can make my own damn avocado toast, and I actually just want bread and butter, you know? And so that's. I think the really cool thing is, like, that we get to choose that or. Or not choose it, and we get to look at other people and be like, I would never pay for that, or, I can't believe you don't pay for that, you know?
Yep. Yeah.
Like, I've never seen a show at the Las Vegas Sphere.
Yes.
I'm with you. I'm also. I'm never going to a music festival. Like, that does not sound enjoyable to me. Like, if I'm gonna go, like, into an overwhelming situation where there's, like, lots and lots of bodies. Like, I want the focus to be food. I want it to be, like, chef's tables, where you're, like, going and having all this stuff. Like. Yeah, like the bathroom situations. Yep. Like, $10 for a water bottle. Go fuck yourself. No, no, no. I'm not interested in that. Having to, like, pick out cool outfits for every single thing. No, I want. I want to wear stretchy pants because I'm eating a lot of food. You know, I want to be able to hear people, you know, when there's music, you can't hear people. Like, every music festival I've Gone to. I've just been like, why do people enjoy this? I don't understand. You know, and then like parking, like how you get there is a pain. You know, you're never wearing the right clothes. It's either too hot, too cold, whatever, too too rainy, you know, they're all the things. So. Yeah, but like we get, we get to design our future. We get to design our destiny by just focusing on the thing that we want. Now, when you do have this list and you have it finalized, best case scenario, you review it every morning or every night at least once a day. If you have a meditation practice, then you're thinking about it while you're meditating, right? If you only want to do it once a week, then maybe rewrite it once a week. You just copy it down from one page to another. Because what we focus on grows what we really want. If we can focus on it and remember it, then our minds, there will be a little, a little switch that gets flipped because you know, like when you're thinking about buying like a yellow Jeep and you start thinking, okay, well in the next six months, I want to buy a yellow Jeep. And then all of a sudden it seems like everyone has a yellow Jeep. You start seeing them everywhere and it's like, oh my God, like this sign from the universe or all of a sudden, like they're really popular. They were always as popular as they are. Right. Your brain has just decided to start noticing them more because you've decided to get one. And your brain is going to see every single opportunity you can have to acquire one as something that you should know about. Right. It's the same for everything on this list. And of course you get to make this routine your own. All right, any final questions? I feel like, I feel like this is kind of a. We know what we're doing. We gotta work. Any fine tune questions that I can answer before we do main takeaways? No. Lauren? No. Tia? Ellie, how about you?
Nope. I feel like I had a litany of questions over the last week and I'm just like working my way through actioning all of them.
Okay, cool.
Well, when, when you think of them or if you get stuck on one, you know where to find me.
Okay.
Did you send the Fathom link from earlier this week? I didn't check the BYOB message yet.
I did. You should have got email from Fathom.
Oh, I'll check my email then. Thank you.
Yeah, yeah, for sure. Yeah, Fathom. You can go in and just like put in the email of the person who wants it, and it emails directly from there. I see it.
Yeah.
Perfect. Okay, then let's do main takeaways. Who wants to start us off?
If I can hit unmute, then I will talk. A main takeaway is that even though I came into the session of, like, I don't know what I'm doing, how do I get back into things? I guess I kind of know what I'm doing, and I just need to take action on things.
Yep, 100%. Thanks, Tia. Who are you picking next?
Oh, Lauren can go next.
Great. I have sort of, like, emerged from my own isolation, and I'm back in community, and I'm really excited to be back here because I get ideas from sharing, and I get to share ideas, and this is always a place where I feel very welcome and, like, not judged. Ellie.
My takeaway is to remember to make space to dream, and to, like, think about the future, because I'm not great about that. I get very stuck in, like, pragmatic action. So that's my takeaway.
Awesome. Yeah, sometimes. Sometimes, like, we actually have no idea how to get what we want. Like, and there's no action plan because maybe it's never been done before. But if we just, like, focus on the wanting of it and share about the wanting of it, like, it'll find a way to come to us. So agree with that wholeheartedly. Okay, everyone, you know where to find me. If you have any questions. If you'd like to schedule your future chicken cooking Katie visit, let me know, And I'll see you next week. Okay, Bye. Bye.
