If you could turn into any mythological creature at all, what would you change into? I'll go first. I would change into a vampire. And why am I talking about this? Because I'm on day two of doing a 28 day workout challenge. I am so incredibly out of shape, which is really hard because I literally was in the best shape of my life from literally 16 years old until 29 when I had a minor traumatic brain injury. And then, of course, like, I had to recover. Other stuff happened. We had the pandemic. Life took over all the things. So. So what does this have to do with vampires and mythical creatures? I will tell you. I think it's so unfair that you have to, like, work out, work out, work out to be in the best shape of your life and then you can't just, like, be done. Okay. You have to just continue working out for the rest of your life to stay in the best shape of your life. And so if vampires ever come out of the coffin as real, then I will kick my own ass for six, I'm sorry, three to six months, get back into the best shape of my life, and then I'm getting changed into a vampire, and then I can just work out for fun and I'll be in great shape and I'll be super strong because I'm going to be a vampire and so I can do all the fun, impressive things that I want to do. So anyway, if you're wondering how day two of my 28 day challenge is going, that's pretty much where we're at. If you're wondering why I'm putting myself through, this is A, I want to get back in shape, but B, I'm a business strategist and money mindset coach, and I teach my clients every single day to do this shit. Because you can't start a business and have it be sustainably successful if you're not taking care of your body. Because if your body fails, what's going to happen to your business? So this is me practicing what I preach. It's hard.
