Here's how I helped one of my clients start her business from scratch and make $58,849 in that first year alone. And this is while she was wrapping up a full time corporate job where she would regularly work 50 hours plus a week. She was also going through an intense coach training program, recovering from burnout, doing a lot of therapy, and also dealing with a ton of self doubt. When Lauren started with me In January of 2021, she had a five year plan. The goal was that she would work with me to start her coaching business as a side hustle, which run for five years until it got to the point where she could leave her full time job and do this full time. We started building her business while she was still going through coach training. And by about April of that year she realized that she could not continue working her corporate job. She'd also gotten enough coaching clients that it looked like she could leave her job and be totally fine financially. So her five year plan actually turned into a five month plan and she gave notice in her corporate job and left at the end of May or beginning of June of that year. Her goal for this first year was to make $60,000. And she came in a little short, but very, very close at $58,849. And here's how we did it. First, we established a niche that she'd have a ton of credibility with. Now her career had been in HR and she had spent a lot of time supporting all the directors and C level executives. So doing leadership coaching made a lot of sense for her. Next, we designed her compelling offer. Now this was designed specifically for her niche that would get her clients the max amount of results and also make her a decent amount money. Now she was still working a full time job when we were doing this and also going through coach training. So we created a simple LinkedIn marketing strategy that would allow for her to create content and have people contact her wanting to work with her. This means she didn't have to waste time chasing people down. We also set up her back end system so that people could schedule really easily with her and so that she could automate her billing so she wouldn't have to chase people down for money. It just auto charged every single month. And we also worked a lot on her relationship with money so she felt confident and comfortable asking for what she deserved. And my favorite part of this text is where she says, I literally would have been in my full time corporate life for another five years without you. But really she did the work, and she acknowledges that here I did the work. Blah blah, blah, blah blah.
