#greenscreen my dailiy manifestation practice as a business strategist and money mondset coach… #sma

Katie McManus (business strategist and money mindset coach) describes her day-four experience of committing to a daily one-hour manifestation and money-mindset ritual. She outlines dual-path routines for high-vibrational days (future-self visualization, listing called-in outcomes, belief inventory, creating evidence for uncomfortable beliefs, and writing a thank-you letter to the universe) and low-vibrational days (10 minutes of shame-focused journaling, EMDR/tapping on sticky emotions, acceptance/integration, chakra-based mantras, and creative/art exercises). She explains why both high- and low-vibe practices are needed and commits to practicing one hour daily until items on her list manifest.

This is day four of me doing hardcore manifestation and money mindset work every single morning. So far, the stuff that's been coming up is rough, but I am so happy that I started this ritual. Now I've kind of compiled this whole routine together from a bunch of manifestation coaches that I follow from my therapist, from my own practices, and things that really work for me, and I want to share it with you today. Okay, so here are my options. Every single morning, I have an option for a high vibe days and an option for a low five days. Now you're probably thinking, Katie, manifestation is all about staying high vibe. But listen up, I've been doing my research on this, and we can't just do high vibe stuff. So when we're feeling high vibrational, we're really connected to our higher selves, right? And we can only do that for so long until we kind of burned out, get tired, and start questioning ourselves. That. So that takes us to our low vibrational days. Now, when you're feeling low vibration, it means that you are connected to your shadow self. And your shadow self knows all the inner underbelly work that you need to be doing for your high vibrational work to actually be effective. So on days where you're low vibrational and you're connected to that shadow self, you really want a mind for what are the things that you need to be working on? So on high vibe days, I will connect with my future self. I will list out everything that I am calling into my life as if I already have it. I will then do a whole belief inventory. And basically, that means that future me, who has all these incredible things and this beautiful life, to get there, she had to believe a certain set of things, things that I might not believe yet. So I make a list. I inventory all the beliefs that future me has that I may or may not have right now. And then I audit that list for all the beliefs that make me super, super uncomfortable. And of the ones that make me uncomfortable, I then create a separate list of evidence that this thing is already true for me. So, for instance, if I'm calling in a certain amount of money, and I have this belief that money is always coming to me, and I don't quite believe it or it makes me uncomfortable, I'm gonna list off all the times that money has shown up for me when I least expected it. And then to move myself, with all this evidence and all this clarity around what I'm calling in and how true it is that it is coming to me, I'm gonna Write a thank you letter to the universe for already delivering it to me. Now on low vibrational days. Okay, so days where I just am not connected to it. If I were to write out a whole list of things that I'm calling into me, I would just be like, yeah, right, that's not coming. I start off with 10 minutes of journaling on things that I am holding shame around or that I am just unable to be with in this moment. So it could be shame around being single, it could be shame around how much money I have in the bank or don't have. And honestly, I thought this part would get really dark and it would get me into a worse mood. But what's interesting is that when you start each sentence off with like, I have shame around it and you just name the thing that you're holding shame around, not as if it's true, but. But just acknowledging that you have shame around it, it kind of feels like you vomited up all this toxicity and you feel better after 10 minutes. Now here's where I borrow from therapy. So my therapist does EMDR for me for cptsd. Complex ptsd. I won't get into that. That's a whole other story. But anyway, it's incredible. It helps you really move through feelings. If you haven't done EMDR or any kind of tapping before, I highly recommend it. So whatever things from the shame list are still bothering me or like I feel really sticky around, I will then spray spend some time kind of like meditating and tapping through those feelings until I really feel the emotions moving through me. Now the other morning when I was doing this, the things that were bothering me still from my journaling that I was holding shame around, when I tapped through them, I realized I had this sense of powerlessness that I was having a really hard time being with. Now then we move into integration and acceptance. So the part of me that feels powerless can't be shoved away in a closet, can't be hidden. That part of me has to be accepted by me or else that that feeling of powerlessness is going to be like, like steam in a confined space. It's just going to explode at some point. And whatever things you know I'm feeling that I'm just having a really hard time separating from, AKA powerlessness, We then want to try to shift that belief. And mantras have never worked for me. But I just learned about chakra mantras where you basically go through the different chakras and I don't know the names perfectly. So forgive me if I get them wrong. But most of us do mantras through the root chakra, and that is the I am statement. So I am powerful. The next one up is your sacral, so I feel powerful than your heart center. I love how powerful I am. And then your voice. I forget the name of the chakra, but, like, I speak and power comes to me. And then, of course, your crown chakra, so I know that I'm powerful. And then just to get my right side of the brain mixed into this, so I'm not just staying super logical. I love it when I have time to go and, like, paint something and draw it out. And I'm not an artist by any means, so I'm probably never going to show you any of the things I create in this next stage. But it really does help bring my whole brain on board. And my commitment to myself is to do one of these practices for one hour every single day until a bunch of stuff on my list has come true, and I can't wait to share the journey with you.
