Here are 5 things I changed in my business to make more money, in less time

Katie McManus shares five changes she made to earn more while working less: raising rates, launching group programs, recycling content, running a lazy webinar with crowdsourced questions, and marketing one offer at a time.
Five things that I changed to make more money in less time and hi, I help ADHD business owners make more money in less time with fewer distractions. I'm Katie McManus, business strategist and money mindset coach. And sometimes I even take my own advice. So number one, I raised my rates. And sure, that seems like a no brainer, but I can't tell you how many people want to make more money and yet do not raise their rates. I mean, literally, if you want to make more money, it's one of the most simple things you can do to make more money. Number two is I launched group programs. Now, when I started my business, I worked primarily with clients one on one and that's amazing. I grew my business to multiple six figures with one on one clients. However, it does have a cap because there's only so many hours in a day and you can only take so many clients at a time. Launching group programs allows for you to serve more people make more money in less time. Now number three, in my marketing, I started recycling content that I created a long time ago and started using it over again. Because you and I both know that creating content is one of the biggest time sucks in being a business owner. And you can absolutely get sucked into this belief that you have to create new content all the time. But that content that you created actually got you clients. Why not reuse it? Now, number four is my favorite. I mastered the lazy webinar. And if you want to experience the lazy webinar for yourself, then you can go into the link in my bio and you can register for the Brave Biz Labs free group coaching call that I do once a month. And why do I call this a lazy webinar? Well, it's, it's a webinar. I'm training people on how to run their businesses better, but I'm not preparing anything for it. It's literally crowdsourced. In the moment, it's open Q and A. So any question any new business owner has, they can come to that call and they can ask it and I will give them the answer. And it's a great place for people to come and experience what it's like to work with me in a low pressure, free environment. And I've gotten a lot of clients from it. And number five, the most important one, I stopped trying to do it all at once. And I'll be honest, this is the hardest one to stick to because I'm sure you know this feeling of having all these ideas of different programs you can roll out different group sessions you can do, different trainings you can offer, and it's so tempting to try to do all of them at the same time. But I always have to remind myself that I'm only one person and I can really only market one thing at a time. And if I try to market too many things at a time, then what happen is I confuse my audience. They don't know how I might be useful to them because they're seeing all these mixed messages all the time. And I know from my background in sales and marketing that a confused buyer doesn't buy.
