It is Friday morning. It's been a very stressful week with everything going on, and I don't have my first call until 11, and so I'm gonna make myself a grilled cheese sandwich for breakfast because why not? Why not when our government is being run by absolute psychopaths? We should be happy. We should give ourselves little moments of happiness like cheese and toasted bread and butter. Surprised my dog hasn't heard, hasn't come running for the cheese? Because she can. She can hear this. Where is she? She's not doing anything bad. Anyway, if you're freaking out about the. The state of things right now. Yeah, join the club. I, you know, it's really a fucked up time to be like, a coach right now because, you know, a lot of people turn to us for, like, reassurance and, you know, wisdom and I don't. I don't know, tell you guys I'm with you. I think this is absolutely insane what's happening. And, yeah, all I can say is, you know, invest in some carbs and dairy. I think that's gonna really be what gets us through. Anyway, happy Friday.
