Short YouTube coaching clip by Katie McManus advising ADHD entrepreneurs to prioritize acquiring one-on-one coaching clients first as the fastest way to generate revenue. She recommends delaying group programs and digital courses until after a solid roster and repeated successful group runs; ends with a brief self-introduction and call to like/follow.
If you're starting a coaching business and you have adhd, here's a pro tip. It's going to be super tempting to try to start multiple programs. A one on one offer, group programs, a digital offer, all those things. But here's the deal. Your fastest path to cash will always be one on one clients. Especially when you're starting. You need money in the door asap, right? So focus on getting one on one clients. Leave the group until you have a solid roster of one on one clients. And then after you've run that group multiple times successfully, then you turn that into a digital course. And I know you, you're probably thinking, oh well that's good advice for everyone else. But you know, I'm really hard working and all this stuff and I know you are, I know you are. I am too. But you know what, it doesn't matter how smart or hardworking you are, starting a business and growing your audience and growing your email list and all that stuff. You know, there's a formula, it's an art form and it's a science. Oh my God, I'm getting pulled over. Come on. Trust me on this. As soon as you have your financial basis covered with one on one clients, then you can launch your group program. But until then, just do what I say. And hi, I help ADHD business owners make more money in less time with fewer distractions. I'm Katie McManus, business strategist and money mindset coach like and follow for more business tips.
