Explains the brain needs time to evaluate desires and fears before taking action, and frames the pause as protective if entrepreneurship isn't right. Ends with the creator's coaching offer focused on niche discovery, offer creation, and non‑generic marketing/sales for ADHD entrepreneurs.

If you're starting a business and you feel completely stalled, like you don't know what to do next, and you just like, even if you did know, you're not even sure you could get yourself to muster up the energy to do it, then listen up. This stage that you're in is normal. I don't know a single successful business owner who had the idea, said they were going to do the idea and then just got to work. This is what I like to call the pause stage. And you can't jump over it because essentially what's happening is your brain is kind of trying on this whole idea of what your life is going to be like when you start this business and when it becomes successful. And your brain needs some time to figure out if that's what you actually want. Your brain is also assessing all the dangers that could possibly come up if you did start this business. And for you to confidently go and take action and get this business off the ground and get clients and do all those things, you need that part, that fear part of your brain to be on board knowing that it can handle any of the scary shit that comes up. And that takes time. So if you feel completely stalled out and starting your business, take a deep breath. You're not anything up. You're not taking too long. Okay? This is a normal stage of the whole thing and you will get past it if starting a business is actually right for you. And if it's not, then this stage is going to protect you from wasting time and money. And hi, I help ADHD business owners make more money in less time with your distractions by showing you how to discover your profitable niche, create an offer that they are dying to buy. And I teach you how to market and sell your services without wanting to vomit. And I do all this without a one size fits all program. I'm Katie McManus, business strategist and money mindset coach.
