Clever, immeasurably supportive, really knowledgeable. They start asking me questions. Is your hair different? Have you lost weight? Are those new glasses? Are you wearing makeup? It makes me laugh. It makes me smile. I give them a chance to guess at what's different and then I tell them I'm just happier. I'm really happy. I sleep better, I feel better. Every morning, I move better. It's amazing. I actually just didn't expect to be able to run my own business and Katie turned that around in a second. I am impacting people's lives with the thing that I'm the best at. And to have that be the only work I focus on is so satisfying. I'm really proud of myself. Within three months, I was ready to give my notice at my job, which was phenomenal. I never thought I would be a person who wasn't in a rush. I don't ever feel like I'm going to work every day. If I'm with friends, I'm present in that. If I'm meditating, I'm present in that I have time to stop and eat lunch instead of scarfing something down while I'm in a meeting or balancing a meeting and a bunch of emails. I never start work before 10am I have time for hobbies. I finally am discovering what I like to do. Everything feels like quality time. Within the next year, I will at least double what I was making in my corporate life. And it's not sucking the life out of me and it's not making me want to quit. But before, I believed in myself this much. Katie believed in me. And now I'm really working with manager, director, vp, CEO level folks. I've gotten opportunities to speak at Hacking hr, which is the world's largest virtual conference. And there is no way I would have been able to see any of this without your help. You have helped me transition from busy corporate executive who couldn't see a way out to badass powerful business owner who not only found the way out, but also sees such an exciting, big, profitable, satisfying, impactful future.
