My Refund Policy

Here's my refund policy and how I decided on it. Hi. I help ADHD business owners make more money in less time with fewer distractions. I'm Katie McManus, business strategist and money mindset coach. Now my refund policy is that there are no refunds. Now, the number one reason for this is that I only want clients who are committed to doing the work. I take the time and energy that I devote to my clients very seriously. So I only want clients who, when they decide to work with me, are fully committed to show up and do the work. And having some skin in the game is one of the ways that they make sure that they do that. And this also scares away anyone who's not actually serious about starting a business. And the other reason is that my small business is not a bank for non committal people to store their money in. I mean, if someone needs a place to store their money, there are any number of banks, local and national, that you can choose to do so. But I'm not one of them. Now, something I sometimes hear is Katie, what if it's not a fit? To which I always point out. I offer so many ways for potential clients to get to know me and get an idea of what it's like to work with me before they ever spend a dollar with me. From my podcast to Lives to pop up workshops and webinars that I offer. I also offer a group call pretty much every Friday that's absolutely free for my whole community where people can just show up and ask questions about their business. I also don't use any high pressure tactics in any of my sales. This is because I want my clients to make an empowered decision to work with me when it's the right time for them, not for me. Which also means that no one can ever come to me and accuse me of pushing them to make a decision that they weren't ready for. So I'm curious, what's your refund policy and what do you think of mine?
