Short YouTube coaching clip by Katie McManus (business strategist and money mindset coach) aimed at ADHD business owners. Covers three money archetypes (Connector, Maverick, Nurturer) describing personality traits, typical financial patterns, and practical business strategies: Connectors rely on relationships and benefit from community-building and being paid for presence; Mavericks are risk-taking dealmakers who need consistent/recurring income so they can take risks; Nurturers give generously, often undercharge, and benefit from raising rates and setting boundaries so they can give more sustainably.

Welcome to your Money Archetype strengths part two. And hi, I help ADHD business owners make more money in less time with fewer distractions. I'm Katie McManus, business strategist and money mindset coach. Let's dive in, shall we? Number four is the connector. And connectors are known for being trusting, innocent and resilient. Often when I start working with a connector, they feel super insecure about their financial situation. And even though their financial situation doesn't necessarily look like what it's supposed to look like, the connector usually has all of their bases taken care of. You see, connectors spend so much of their time creating valuable relationships, and these valuable relationships, even though they are not making these relationships with this intent, typically are their source of income. So a good old run of the mill connector will have a crap ton of faith and optimism because the world always just works out for them. Whenever I work with a connector, one of the things that I am intent on building is some sense of community around them. Because what an unaware connector will completely discount is the fact that people will pay just to be around them. The fifth archetype on our list is the Maverick. Now this is my number one archetype. Mavericks are known for being clever, flamboyant and charismatic. God, now I feel like I have to be all those things. Mavericks are really good at handling complex deals, business structures and financial situations. They're also natural born risk takers which can get us into trouble sometimes. Now, whenever I'm focusing on my business or I'm working with a fellow maverick, one of the things that I focus a lot on is building something that will have continual income that they don't have to spend a lot of time on. Because it's not uncommon for mavericks to put everything they have into something that they are sure is going to have a massive payout and have it not work out. But the Maverick needs to have opportunities for risk. So making sure that their financial situation is taken care of, they have a consistent income is what they need to be able to go out there and be in their strength. The sixth archetype on our list is the Nurturer. And the Nurturer is my second archetype. Nurturers are known for being giving devoted and reliable and they are in their power when they can give generously, when they can provide incredible service, and when their loyalty is reflected back to them. Usually when I start working with a nurturer, one of the things that we have to take a really hard look at is where are they over giving in their business. Because nurturers are so consumed with wanting to take care of other people, they often undercharge. So we also tend to raise the rates. And the amazing thing about a nurturer, when they're making lots of money, they feel so lit up because they get to give back to their communities in all the ways that matter to them. I'm running out of time, so like and follow for part three, and I promise I won't make you wait as long this time.
