Tony Robbins on when to quit a failing service: if you've tried to fix it and it keeps breaking, walking away might be right. He warns against quitting too early, but says a coach can help you examine the data and know the difference.
If you're trying to create a service and you've tried all the different ways to make this work, and it's just not working, it's probably a sign that you need to bail now. Of course, a lot of people bail too soon. This is one of the benefits of having a coach in your corner who can help you poke holes in all the stories you're telling yourself about why it's failing. Who can help you really look at the data and see, is there something wrong with your marketing? Is there something wrong with your sales process? Is there something wrong with the value proposition of what you're putting together? But one of the best qualities you can have as a business owner is knowing when to walk away, knowing when to quit.
