Stop being a weenie and raise your rates!!! #businesscoach #adhdcoach #moneymindset #coachingbusines

Katie McManus tells ADHD business owners when to raise rates: you're attracting flaky clients, you're not covering living expenses, or your sales calls close at an unusually high rate. If everyone says yes, your prices are too low.
Here are three signs that you need to raise your prices. Hi. I help ADHD business owners make more money in less time with fewer distractions by showing you how to pick a profitable niche. Teach you how to design an offer that they are starving to buy. And I train you on how to market and sell your services without wanting to vomit. All without a cookie cutter one size fits all program because those don't work for anyone. I'm Katie McManus, business strategist and money mindset coach and chances are you need to raise your rates. And here are the three signs that'll help you confirm this and I guarantee the third one will surprise you. Number one is you have flaky ass clients. Maybe they're not booking their appointments, maybe they're not doing the homework, maybe they're not doing the things that they tell you they're committing to doing and it's making you have to do so much more work. Those are the clients that you attract when you charge too little, raise your rates. Number two, I don't know why I just said it that way. This one's kind of a no brainer. But you're not making enough money to live off of because unless you're independently wealthy and you're just starting this business for fun, for shits and giggles, you need to be able to feed yourself and pay the bills and pay your mortgage and do all the things. And if what you're charging right now is not enough to do those things, then you absolutely need to either raise your rates or look at your whole offer suite and do some upgrades and know that you're not alone. Okay, I have to do this with the vast majority of my clients. And number three, and you may not believe this one, but trust me, you need to raise your prices. If every single sales call results with you getting client, I know it feels like something to be proud of that your yes rate is a hundred percent and absolutely like it's great validation that there's a market for what you're doing. However, if you have your correct pricing, you should really only get 25 to 50% of yeses on sales calls. Which means that for every four conversations you have with potential clients, only one or two should become your client. Genuinely success looks like failing 75% of the time. And if you really struggle with this and you want some support, then I want you to go to the the shlink in my bio and check out the Hyper Focus membership. It is a an accountability group for ADHD business owners. Every month we do a group ADHD Business Owner Coaching call a group ADHD Business Owner Networking call. You also get access to Brave Biz Labs every single Friday where you get to ask me business building questions. And three Mondays a month we do a special Sprint get organized calls so you can avoid overwhelm every single day of the week. Oh, and we also do one co working session for three hours once a month so that you can get through some projects that you are procrastinating. And I know you. I know you have some. You also get access to a really amazing community of humans who all have ADHD and will get you and are likely procrastinating on the same things like raising their rates. So if that sounds like something you'd want, then go ahead and check it out. I'll see you there.
