Katie McManus shares a personal reflection contrasting a highly productive Sunday (planning, content creation, bullet journaling) with a low-energy Sunday she calls being a "trash panda." She frames this as normal for business owners with ADHD, mentions a goal to post a daily TikTok for 200 days, and reassures viewers that variable energy and rest are acceptable.

Last Sunday, me was the queen. She did everything. She wrote every single post that I needed to post all last week. She planned out absolutely everything. She did her bullet journal. She stayed up until about 11:30 at night on Sunday night just getting me prepared. And let me tell you, I needed it because last week was horrendous. And this Sunday, me has been a trash panda. Okay? Like, literally, I don't even know why I'm doing this. Like, this is this gonna help if I know I did not do anything to prepare for the week at all. Tomorrow is going to be a rude awakening because there's a lot of stuff that I need to do this week. But I guess I just needed rest to. I don't know, to become human again. So I guess I'm sharing this because a, I told myself that I would post a TikTok every single day for 200 days and I've lost track of what day it is, so we'll figure that out later. But also, I want to normalize. If you're a business owner and you have adhd, just want to normalize that not every single week is gonna look the same. There are gonna be Sunday nights where you have like 150% of energy and you're gonna get yourself all sorted for the week and you're gonna do all the things you need to do to make your life easier. And they're gonna be Sundays where you've just been a trash panda all weekend and that's okay too. Now, can someone please tell me what this thing is supposed to do?
