Why its OK to worry about money while youre manifesting it

Katie McManus says trying to suppress money worries actually makes manifestation harder. Instead of judging yourself for worrying, notice the feeling in your body and let it move through you. That's how you solve the problem faster.

If you're trying to manifest more money and you feel like you're doing it wrong, then pay attention. One of my clients today asked me to manifest more money. Do I just stop worrying about money? And my answer was absolutely not, and I'll tell you why. But, hi, I help ADHD business owners make more money in less time with fewer distractions by helping you discover your profitable niche. Design an offer that they are desperate to buy, and I train you on how to market and sell your services with. Without wanting to vomit. I'm Katie McManus, business strategist and money mindset coach. Anyway, here's why we don't try to shut down worry about money when we're trying to manifest more money. Number one, you can't. Okay, if I tell you, don't think about elephants, what'd you just think about? Elephants. Right. We can't control our brains. We, like, if we could control. When we worry about something, think about how much better life would be. Okay? So worries are going to happen, okay? And of course, like, we're humans living lives. We're gonna get unexpected bills. Um, you know, we're gonna need dental work. Like, there are things that are going to cause us financial worry, and we can't do anything about it. But the reason why we don't want to, like, even try to stop the worrying is because here's the cycle. It starts, okay? So I want you to imagine you're going about your day. You've done your manifestation work. You're calling in millions of dollars, and you feel really grounded in it. And then you get a flat tire, and then you start worrying about, oh, my God, tires are really expensive and this and that and the other thing. And then you notice that you're worrying, and you're like, oh, my God, I'm doing this wrong. Like, I'm worrying, and I'm going to undo all of my manifestation work. And then you become consumed with stopping the worrying. Meanwhile, you still have to buy a new tire. Meanwhile, like, you've just made all your manifestation work wrong, okay? So when you try to stop worrying and you make the worrying wrong, or the thing that's going to undo all of your manifestation work, you actually compound the problem, okay? Versus if you worry about money and something comes up, like, you get that flat tire and you have to buy a new one, you start worrying. You say, oh, I noticed that I'm worrying. And instead of making it wrong, you just kind of accept it. And you might just scan your body for a moment and notice where the worry is showing up in your body and spend a little time just kind of feeling into it and kind of letting it integrate into your body. Not making it wrong, not making it right, not making any meaning about it but just letting it integrate and be processed and felt like that fear needs to go somewhere and if you just try to like bottle it up and shove it to the side, guess what's gonna happen? It's gonna keep coming up. But if you learn how to process the fear and the worry as it comes up you get a lot better at dealing with it faster. All right? So if you're working on manifesting lots of money into your life I urge you don't make it wrong when you start worrying about money. It's normal and if you just notice what's going on in your body I promise you you will feel a whole lot better and like and follow. If you want more manifestation tips.
