Okay, I'm an idiot. I gave myself a 28 day plan and I swore I was gonna do every single workout front to end. Thorin, I have bad words for you. This is so hard. No equipment. Well, I mean, a mat and some stretchy bits, but like, fuck, man, what did I sign up for? They'll give you this. You can chop wood and you can build a workout. Sir. Kudos. Okay, but real talk. Something I've been getting really real with myself about is that I neglect my health, I neglect my fitness all the time because I work so much and it's so easy to say, okay, well, I'm just gonna sleep in a little bit more today because I stayed up late working. Or you know what? I have a couple emails to answer. So instead of working out at lunch, I'm gonna just do this and scarf some food at my desk. I get to the end of the day, I'm like, time passed. It's not that big of a deal. It is. It is a big of a deal. It is a big deal. I can't speak. I'm just. This. This workout's hard anyway. It is a big deal. Okay? You cannot start a business and not take care of your body. Because if your body fails you, if your body just gives up, if it, if it can't stay healthy, what is going to happen to your business? Okay, so I had a real talk with myself. I'm committed to. To doing a workout every single day for 28 days. And I hope you guys will hold me accountable. I'll make a video every single day while I do it, while I look sweaty and disgusting, because honestly, I'm tired of telling people to do stuff that I'm not actually following myself. So got to practice what I preach.
