An athlete who takes a typical summer of late nights and parties will stay average. Elite results require elite habits year-round: bed by 11, up at 7, consistent training, proper nutrition.
For average athletes, summertime is party time. They're going to bed at 2 AM, they're waking up at noon, and guess what? End of summer is gonna come and they are going to be just as average as they were before summer started. If you are an athlete and you have elite athlete goals, you have to have elite athlete actions, which means summertime, yes, is supposed to be fun and it's grind time. It's get to bed by 11 PM, wake up by 7 PM, go and train, eat the right foods. You gotta stick to elite actions in order to see those elite results that you want.
