99% of the athletes that I work with are undereating. Here are 3 ways that you can know if you are undereating. Undereating can be the difference between you seeing gains in the gym, you not, you wasting time working out or not, ultimately you hitting your goals or not hitting your goals. First thing to know if you're undereating is you have low quality sleep even if you're getting all of the hours you need to be doing. You're not waking up rested. Number 2 is you constantly feel sore no matter how much recovery you're doing. And number 3 is you're not seeing gains in the gym. You're not getting faster, you're not getting stronger, you just feel like you're in a plateau. If you are dealing with one or more of those three things, one thing that you can do starting tomorrow to get better with this is have a snack right before training and then have a snack with carbs and protein right after training. This will help you recover better and be able to get more calories in to fuel that training session.
