Athletes, if you have early morning practice, you can make this meal from Trader Joe's in about 5 minutes that you can make, wrap up in tin foil, and eat post-practice. All you gotta do is warm this up in the microwave for a few minutes, and then you just make it like a normal burrito and take it with you. Now this meal is a performance plate. It has the right ratio of carbs, fats, the protein that your body needs post-practice to give your body the energy that it needs to hit the next practice, to give your body the protein that it needs to recover from that practice and to keep your muscles nice and strong and to give your body the fats that it needs to have long-lasting energy throughout the day. The only thing that's not included here is a fruit. Grab an apple or a banana to eat with this post-practice.
