Elite athletes train and eat right without being told. Average ones need reminders from parents. The difference is taking personal responsibility for your own dreams instead of relying on someone else to push you.
Chapters
One of the biggest differences between super high-level athletes and more average mediocre athletes is that the high-level athletes don't have to be told by mom and dad. They don't have to be told by mom and dad to go to the gym or to work out or to work on their nutrition. They do it because they know that that's what high-level athletes need to do. So instead of having your parents be the bad guys and constantly nagging you, take responsibility for the dream that you have and work towards it and take advantage of having your parents around giving you their help and support because one day when you get to the next level, you're not gonna have them with you by your side day in, day out helping you do these things.
