Athletes, if you suck at drinking water, here's some hydration hacks. Number 1, water bottle glue. Carry that water bottle everywhere with you. You go to school, you take your water bottle. Wherever you take your phone, you take your water bottle. Number 2, morning bedside. Set a water bottle or a big glass of water on your bedside table before you go to bed. When you wake up, drink that whole thing. That gives you 10 to 12 ounces starting the day. Number 3, 16 ounces every meal you do. 16 ounces for breakfast, lunch, dinner. That's gonna give you 48 extra ounces a day. Number 4, drink your recovery chocolate milk after practices or workouts. That's gonna be delicious and give you an extra ounce during the day. Number 5, If you hate water, flavor it. Throw in a Crystal Light packet or some lemonade packets. That's totally fine. Number 6 is to use the hydration tracker in my Clutch Day app. All you gotta do is go into the app and every time you drink, you click on the amount of ounces you have. It's gonna have your daily ounce goal in there and tell you how far off you are from hitting it.
