Athletes, someday you will take your last shot in a game. Someday you will run your last route or finish your last race or throw your last pitch. It might not feel like that will ever happen to you, but ask any other former athlete, it'll come a lot faster than you think. So please, if you are serious about your sport, give it your all. Do the hard work, put in the time, fuel your body, give it what it needs. I promise you will never regret saying no to the easy things and yes to the hard things that are actually going to push you towards your athletic goals.
