I lost 4 pounds during my exercise. Like, that's not a good thing. I promise that's not fat. Fat loss comes over a long period of time. If you're losing a lot of weight in the sauna or in a hot tub or even at practice, it's all through sweat. It's all through water loss. That can put you very susceptible to being very dehydrated and to having poor health problems and poor performance. That's even 1 to 2%. If you are 150 pounds and you lose 1.5 to about 3 pounds during practice, that will be a huge red flag that you are dehydrated and that you are not hydrating enough during practice and before practice to help your performance and to help you stay as healthy as possible.
