Two athletes share a high-protein pancake bowl recipe with eggs, Greek yogurt, protein powder, banana, and nuts. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes. It delivers carbs, protein, and healthy fats in one breakfast.
Did you know if you mix eggs, Greek yogurt, flour, and top it with fruits, you would have just made the tastiest protein pancake bowls that make a perfect breakfast?
Let's make it, but for athletes. So we're gonna be throwing in eggs, Greek yogurt, whole milk, protein pancake mix, vanilla protein powder, a banana, honey, chopped nuts, and baking powder. The recipe for this bowl is in the caption, but my number 1 non-negotiable for athlete breakfasts is going to be heavy on the healthy carbs, heavy on the protein, and a good amount of healthy fats as well.
Throw this in the oven at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes, and then you dig in.
I would recommend meal prepping 7 of these and eating them for breakfast every morning. I got a good bite. Tastes like banana bread.
