Creatine ranks first for safety and results, fish oil second for omega-3s most athletes lack, electrolytes third for heavy sweaters, caffeine fourth as occasional help, and greens powder fifth because it can't replace actual vegetables.

Blind ranking athlete supplements. Let's go! Caffeine. I don't know the next ones that are gonna come, but I'd probably say 4. It can be awesome sometimes. Creatine. Number 1. Creatine's so good, so safe. Every athlete should be taking creatine, I think. Fish oils. 2. Fish oils have omega-3s in them, and most athletes aren't eating enough fish to get the omega-3s they need, so I'd definitely put that at 2. Greens powder, probably 5. I think it's kind of overhyped, and I think that most people think that if they drink greens powder, they don't have to have veggies. Electrolyte powders, 3 is the only one left, right? I'd hold strong at 3. Not every athlete needs electrolyte powders, but they are really awesome for the people who sweat a lot, lose a lot of fluids, and need to retain the water they have.
