Cottage cheese. 9. I think cottage cheese is awesome. It's a complete protein. Yeah, I would say 9. Chicken breast. Put that at probably 9.5. Chicken breast is very lean protein, literally just pure protein, and it's really good for you. Protein powder. Probably depends on the protein powder and what else is put into it, but I would probably say 6.5, maybe 7. Protein powder, especially if it's like just a whey protein powder, it's a really good source of protein, especially if an athlete or person is really struggling getting, you know, that extra 20 to 30 grams each day. Makes it really convenient. Rice paired with beans. As a protein source, I mean, you could also give that a 6.5. It's a complete protein. You're gonna have to eat a lot more of rice and beans to get the amount of protein you're gonna have to be eating, so it's probably not gonna be as balanced. But rice and beans itself, put them together and they're complete protein, and they give your body what it needs amino acids-wise. Ground beef. I'd give it a 9. I think it's great. I personally, with my athletes, would make sure it's like a lean ground beef, a 90/10. I'm not saying that fatty ground beef is bad. All I'm saying is that we want more protein than we want fat. Fats in our meat, especially because we want to save a lot of calories for our carbohydrates as well. Milk. 7. Milk's a great protein source. It's a complete protein. It's easy to get an extra, you know, 10 grams of protein from a glass of milk. I'd say 7.
