Athletes, if you're struggling to gain weight, then this snack is going to help you a lot. This food falls into the category that I like to call steel foods, like steel, the metal. If you were to take 1 pound of feathers versus 1 pound of steel, a pound of feathers is going to be like this, and a pound of steel is going to be like this. So it takes a ton of feathers to make up 1 pound of feathers, and it takes very little amount of steel to make up 1 pound of steel. Now, the key to gaining weight is, is eating more food than the amount of food that you're burning. And this can be really hard for you athletes who are grinding every single day because you're burning through tons and tons of energy and food. Therefore, you have to eat that much more food. So an easy hack is to focus on the steel-type foods that have a lot of calories in a small package, aka calorie dense. These bad boys are calorie dense. One of these is 130 calories. One super easy thing that you can start today is eating 2 of these throughout the day on top of the other food that you're having, and this is going to allow you to have an extra 250 calories in your diet, which then translates to about half a pound per week.
