Most athletes do not understand the work that it takes to play at the college level. Here's where you were, here's where you currently are. You've done a lot of awesome things to get you from point A to point B, and you should be proud of that. But once you are here, a lot of you are starting to hit plateaus. No matter how much work, no matter how many things you're doing, you're hitting that plateau. The problem is, is you made so much progress coming from here to here, and yes, you're staying consistent with it and it's amazing and you need to keep doing those things, but it's stalling you out just a little bit. You are not seeing enough progress right now to get you to the big goal that you have. The things that are going to change your trajectory from here to here are saying no to the comfortable things that not very many athletes are willing to do, and that is not staying up late to play Fortnite, that is not eating junk food right before a game, that is actually fueling your body with good foods and eating enough food to give your body the food that it needs. It's going to take work and discipline and all the little things that so many athletes call boring to get you to that level. Most of the ones who are here have figured it out, and that is why they are there. So yes, you need to keep doing the work that has gotten you from point A to point B, but to have the dream that others can't have, you have to do the things that others won't.
