Your biggest competition as an athlete is not the kids you play against, is not your teammates, it's your phone. I have so many athletes that I see who are staying up till 1 or 2 AM on social media or Netflix, and it's no wonder you can't recover or you feel tired or you're not playing very well because you're not getting the sleep you need. I see so many athletes saying that they can't get to bed on time because they're too busy, or they don't have time to meal prep, they don't have time for breakfast in the morning, they don't have time to eat before training. But I guarantee you, if you go and look at your screen time on your phone, there's your time. So I'm kindly nudging you to Put your phone away and prioritize what you really say you want.
